We were very surprised by how easy everything was. We arrived early on both legs and yet they were there waiting for us both times. Very easy to find where to go and they had even cleaned the outside of our car for us when we got back. Really good service and would definitely use again

Amazing service, for slightly more than I'd have paid for the long term carpark I got a brilliant to the door service. We waited no more than a couple of minutes when we dropped off the car and not at all when we picked it up. I will definitely be using EPG again

our return flight was landed early, but we had a delay getting our luggage. the driver phoned us to make sure everything was ok and then delivered the car promptly!

Great service, very easy, just a quick call and they meet you. Easy drop off point and a friendly greeter meets you. Very reliable,very professional and great value for money - it's the quickest I've ever left an airport - completely hassle free. Will definitely use this fantastic service again

Only Problem this time was we could have been anybody collecting the car as no identification was asked for, he just handed the keys over and off we drove!

As we arrived a little early we had to wait 20 minutes, when travelling 140 miles to airport difficult to gage the time to say when you will arrive which can delay pick up despite calling when 15 minutes away. Otherwise the service was very good. Thank you, we will use you again.

The driver was there when we arrived at the airport, and when we got to the pick up point on our return. What's more, he was cheerful and friendly. I would definitely use this service again

Overall this was a great service: We phoned when we were about 10 minutes from Gatwick, they gave clear directions about where to drop-off and we were met within 2 minutes of our arrival. On return, we rang once we had cleared customs and collected our baggage, and again, our car was there for collection. The collection driver was friendly and efficient. Finally, it was great value, cheaper than most other parking offers, and when "meet and greet" works well, as in this case, it is by far the most convenient arrangement.

From booking the parking to collecting the car after the trip, this company gave us prompt and courteous service. We will use them again in July

The driver was ther on arrival for out departutrn and return trip. He was friendly and helpful... We could not have wanted a better service.

Met on departure with just a phone call as I joined the M23, we were in the terminal in minutes. On arival back in Uk we phoned as soon as we collected our bags and the driver turned up 2 minutes after we got to the meeting point, with the car all warmed up ready to go. Its worth the few extra pounds not to have to hang around waiting for buses and having to allow that extra 40 minutes.

This service was exactly as it promised. One call as we approached Gatwick and the driver picked up our car as soon as we arrived and they were just as efficent on our return. Honestly - don't even think twice about it. Use them they're brilliant - and I don't normally bother writing reviews but they deserve this!

This was the first time I have used the service and I am very impressed. Notwithstanding we were early arriving at the airport the driver was very polite and took the car anyhow. I will certainly use this service again.

This is the first meet and greet service I've used where there was absolutely no delay either in the driver being there when I dropped off my car, or the car being there when I returned. In that respect therefore, the service was perfect. The price was also reasonable - however, I required an extra day which was then charged at a proportionally higher rate than the rest of the parking. I'm not quite sure why this was, and unfortunately it was the only negative element of an otherwise first class experience.

All went as planned, very punctual , sorry to say this, but English and polite on the phone, and turned up exactly on time on return. Brilliant service.

Great service. They were there when we arrived (05:30) and we had less than 5 minutes wait for pick up after calling once we got all our luggage. A great price, I would use them again.

Very pleased with EPG. They were there promptly at drop off, were quick and not too bureaucratic (no complex forms to sign)though I would have preferred it had they registered our mileage.... VERY fast at pick up time, despite warning us it was very congested around Gatwick (which was true). Extremely good value for money, will use them again. Only criticism is that they were difficult to identify, perhaps a coloured cap or jacket might be in order?
