We have used a few meet and greet companies before, all were fine but always little issues. I must admit that EPG where punctual, professional and easy to find for both drop off and pick up. Will definitely use them again.

Thank you very much for making my first use of EPG meet & greet go like a breeze. Would defo recommend & use again. Even when our inbound was diverted from South to North Terminal, this caused no problems and were on-site with car exactly 10mins after calling from collecting baggage from carousel. Polite & excellent customer service.

The company phoned me the day before just to confirm the time. I phoned 10 minutes prior to drop off, the representative arrived just after me, very friendly and polite and pointed us in the right direction for departures. When I arrived back at Gatwick, I phoned them as I was picking up my luggage. As we were walking out of the door to the pre designated point the car pulled up. Absolute dream when you've got two kids to get straight into the car. I would 100% use this company again.

Booking the service was very easy and the cheapest we could find. The whole experience of dropping the car, to the pick up was very straightforward. The staff were friendly, reliable and punctual.We have three small kids so dropping off the car outside the terminal made our lives so much easier, rather than having to park up somewhere. I would definitely recommend EPG and use them again.

This service was excellent. I had had a long drive from the East Midlands - driver meet us at a prearranged point and some paperwork was signed - my party crossed the road to the departures lounge within minutes. Highly recommended thank you EPG.

Car was collected and returned in good time. Great vaule for money! My only negative comment is the exterior of the car was dirty with builders plaster. I would recommend the employees have a uniform and some I D as it was a bit nerve racking handing over the car to someone without these things. All in all a great service!!!

Excellent service, good value and didn't have to wait at all when dropping off or collecting the car.

We loved the idea of "meet and greet" and even though we were earlier than planned arriving at the airport, we didn't have long to wait.Similarly, upon our return, within 5 minutes of arriving at given point outside airport, we were on the road back home with cases safely in the back of the car.

I have used other companies at similar prices and experienced much better service. This company was 20minutes late to collect the car and 10minutes late to drop it back. The driver could barely speak English and excess mileage was recorded. I asked about this and he said "I don't care, ring my manager". I will not be using EPG ever again.

Really convenient, don't keep you hanging around, reliable and trustworthy.

Very reasonable and all was fine and would use again but just hard to identify the staff member when dropping off as no uniform or badges to identify them when all other operators had luninous vests and badges etc

I decided to use EPG Meet and Greet as it had good reviews. Was not dissapointed. Polite, friendly service. On time and easy to use.

We had a very early departure, iwth two young kids and were concerned that we might be hanging around for a while, however at both ends EPG were very punctual and easy to deal with. We will definitely use them again.

A very early drop off 4.45am, no problems, the parking guy was there to meet us. On return we called when we had our bags and had to wait less than a minute, unlike other companies I've used before.

Latest experience was spot on. Driver was there on arrival. Car was there when I arrived back.

The service was good - car collected and delivered promptly. However, on returning to the car it smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. The driver had obviously been smoking in the car. As non smokers it is not something we appreciate and it would deter us from using your otherwise good service again.

Was a bit doubtful about this service after reading other reviews about other Meet & greet services, however, everything was on time and worked like clockwork.Will definitely use this service again.

Used many 'meet and greet' companies and every time vow never to use 1 again due to waiting both at drop off and pick up. But this time I was really impressed! No waiting around and polite drivers!! Will certain use EPG meet and greet again!
