Punctual, polite and efficient. I will definitely use this service again.

We were unfortunately delayed on the M25 for over 30 minutes and informed the company. We were running out of time and were delighted to see the representative waiting for us to arrive. The hand-over was very straight forward and friendly. On our return we phoned after collecting our bags, were directed to the car park where we were met. The exit fee was included in the parking fee. The most competitively priced and the most efficient meet & greet we've experienced.

There were issues with traffic when we arrived but they were still about 15mins to come and collect the car. On arrival we called when the email suggested but were told to call back. When we did there was confusion about where to meet and it resulted in us being charged £5 car parking fees and waiting for 30 minutes. When I called they were rude, insulting and hung up on me twice. The worst customer service I have had in a very long time!

Great service. Different guy both drop off and collection and both as polite and professional. The parking situation had changed while we were away and the gentleman who dropped our car off even met us at the ticket gate to make sure we didn't incur any cost for additional parking. Would definitely recommend.

It's vital that you call ahead when close to the airport, - I didn't have my phone so pulled up at departures and asked a stranger to make the call for me; I then had to go and wait in the nearby garage for 15 mins till the parking driver turned up. Be warned the parking attendants at drop off are fierce and unfriendly jobsworths and won't let you hang around for even two minutes! On my return I had to go up to the 6th floor of the car park to collect the car, - even the parking guys have trouble with the attendants. Non of that was much trouble and the parking guys were friendly and the price good. I'd use them again.

The staff were friendly and helpful at the airport and on the phone and were in position to collect and drop off the car before we were. Bliss!

I found the service that EPG provided was very good at a good price. The only small problem that we had was getting out of the car park after we had collected the car,the ticket had timed out, but a quick phone call to EPG and 2 minutes later a representative was by the barrier and sorted the problem out without any fuss.

Have now used service 3 times and have been overall very pleased. Only one negative which involved the car being returned with a very dirty mat on the drivers side and no explanation offered by the returning driver. ( perhaps paper overlays as used by garages when the car is serviced might be a good idea ). Will definitely continue to use

It seems a bit of a luxury to be valet parked, but it really does make the difference to the stress of getting to check in on time and the shock of arriving home after a lovely holiday to be assisted in this way.

Our flights were leaving and arriving in the early hours of the morning and due to having a four year old we thought we'd go for the Meet and Greet service to avoid waiting around for bus transfers. Both legs of the journey were brilliant and the procedure worked perfectly. What must be commended is the flexibility. Our airline landed at a different terminal on the return journey and I was worried about getting the car. The EPG representative was very understanding and speedily drove to the new terminal. What a great service and will be recommending them to all of our friends. Many thanks

first time we had used meet and greet also this company everything went perfectly.Called in before arriving was waiting for us and on return after phone call waited 5 minutes.Would fully recommend and was cheaper than any other quotes.

Responded well to our being late and took car with no fuss to allow us to run to check in! Just caught the flight...

Condition of car somewhat disappointing. Told it would be kept under cover but lots of tree detritus in bonnet and door crevices and mud under bumper as if driven into a muddy bank.

This service really takes the stress out of airport parking, no having to hang around and wait for buses! The staff were polite and punctual. I would recommend this type of parking !

Everything works like clockwork, the booking, drop off and pick up, added bonus is the car is warm when you pick up outside the arrivals, great on a cold wet winters day !

Can't fault the service, very good Not a critism but a couple of points Car came back dirty and looked liked someone had wiped the car over with a dry cloth. I think I would have felt safer if there was a simple paper work system to ID me and the driver on collection and delivery
