Very easy to book the EPG Meet & Greet service online, printed off my booking reference document complete with easy to read instructions concerning arrival process and return process. This was particuarly relevant as we have a 2 yr old son and were departing at 0550 hrs so did not want any uneccessary waiting or other delays. We called the mobile number 15 mins before arriving at Gatwick South terminal and the EPG rep was waiting for us, brilliant. A smooth handover of the car and off on our holiday. On our return 2 weeks later at midnight, we cleared customs and baggage reclaim then telephoned the same mobile. As we entered the carpark we saw our car approach us. All good and we will most certainly use EPG again.

I had to ring the office 3 times to see where the man was who was collecting my car - turned out the dipstick was standing 20 feet away from me leaning on a wall....he had no badge or anything to say who he was and he certainly wasnt asking anyone or looking to see if anyone was waiting! his eventual comment to me was that it was "one of those days" it was only 7am so that didn't bode well for the rest of his day!

I changed the drop off date and found it very easy. Time of pick up was slightly early as I arrived early and they were flexible with place and time of pick up. Collection was a little less efficient as they hadn't put down the correct flight number. This was all sorted out quickly and collection of the car was made easy. Slightly disappointed that I had to pay the car park exit fee which made it slightly more expensive than a rival firm.

The service is easy to understand and you get good value for money.Meet and Greet superceeds normal car parking at the airport by a considerable margin. I would not use any other service whilst this delivers such courteous,prompt and reliable service and I can enjoy my journey safe in the knowledge that my car is in good hands awaiting my return.Why go anywhere else????

Slightly surprised to be told you have to pay £3 to get out of the car park. Worth bearing in mind as part of overall cost.

We arrived 20 mins early,(roads were clear) but had to phone 5 times before getting through to anybody, then we were told "well you better slow down then" manners were totally lacking .We called again 5 mins after our pick up time and were told to hold on a minute, then the operative swore at some other situation which was heard down the phone, (before apologising), and we were told that operative would call back to inform what to do. He didn't. We phoned him 20 mins after pick up time, to be told to go to a car park and meet on a particular level. NOT the drop off lane meet and greet i was expecting. On return we again had to phone both numbers before getting through to anybody and then was told there would be a minimum of a 15/20 minute delay before getting our car back, which again was in the car park, not the drop off lane. To cap it all i then had to pay another £3 just to get my own car out of that car park. I was very dissatisfied with the service, and would not use them again. Well you did email me asking for my honest comments!

We phoned when 15 mins away and the pick up driver was waiting for us, we were late from passport control on the way back and phoned when we had our bags and the driver was again waiting for us OK. The car park ticket would not let us out - no idea why - but this was resolved by just going into the car park office.

Had a call from EPG whilst on M25 ( stuck in traffic) asking if I was on schedule and then advised me to call once on M23. I called and got through straight away and received my instructions. Arrived at car park and was greeted by the driver and two mins later was in the terminal. On the return trip I called once I had my luggage and proceeded to the car park to find the driver waiting for me and I was on my way. What else can I say but excellent service. Will use again and recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service from EPG, will recommend without hesitation. Only one snag - I have a feeling they disconnected my battery whilst the car was in storage, and I now can't find my security code to unlock the radio again - my own fault, but would have requested that they didn't disconnect the battery if I'd known.

Great service but having to pay to exit the car park on our return (£3.00!!)was unexpected. However, this would not preclude me from using EPG again.

Although quite happy with the service, it was considerably more expensive than another company I had used a couple of times earlier this year; this was compounded by the pickup being inside the car park and therefore having to pay a further £3 to get out.

No problem at all with the pick up and delivery of my car but a slight blip with the head office. Before travelling I made an error on the pick up date as the time went just past midnight. I rang the number on the website to amend this and was reassured that it had been corrected. However it wasn't and I had a phone call on the last day of my holiday from the confused staff at the airport. This was quickly resolved and there were no problems when we eventually picked up the car. Overall a very good experience.

I was running late and asked for a trolley to wait for me as I had a lot of luggage. It would be best if the driver comes prepared with a £1 coin which I can later pay/settle. Driver late on returning car after a delayed flight.
