The booking service is faultless and this continues throughout the entire operation from collection to return meet. The staff are always well presented and very polite and helpful.The only company that we would recommend every time wether cruising or flying.

We have used EPG a few times and can only recommend it to everybody. The drivers were really friendly, called me when we landed to see how we were getting on and were there on time. Just a perfect experience and just what you want when you are going on holiday. Many thanks!

Not only was the driver late on collection, he kept on "fobbing us off" telling us he would be there in a few minutes, which turned out to be 25 min. He blamed us for being late because we were calling him every 5 minutes or so.... At departure, this is unacceptable, in particular as we had given him over 25 minutes advanced warning. On return, driver was kind and courteous, and on-time / within 15minutes.

The morning we were booked to leave for Gatwick was (yet another!) wet one. EPG rang us up before we left home to advise on road conditions and route. We made it to the airport on time unlike our ground crew, owing to flooded Gatwick infrastructure! Can't fault EPG for our plane leaving late - perhaps the EPG boys should have flying lessons so they can supply a complete service?

They were waiting for me when we arrived at Gatwick. Very simple and smooth handover. There was a minor problem on the return. I had put the return time as 6pm, when we actually were landing at 6:20am. I had though the time was just for the pricing, not for when they would have the car ready for us, as they had the flight number. Anyway, when I phoned to say we had our luggage, the guy told us to go for a coffee and he would be there as soon as he could. Sod's law says our battery was then flat. Nevertheless he was there with the car within 30 minutes. Not bad considering the problems we had caused him. And the chaps on both the meet and the greet were both very pleasant, very helpful. I would definitely use EPG again.

The staff were incredibly polite, knowledgeable and helpful. They were on time and punctual, even though we left and collected the car at awkward times. It was great value for money and I thoroughly recommend EPG.

This is a cheap and effective service but some of the staff could do with customer service training. Firstly I got a severe ear bending for arriving 30 minutes later than I had said on the booking form. Then on the return journey Easyjet kindly allowed us to travel back on an earlier flight. I phoned EPG from Geneva to advise them that we would be 2 hours earlier than planned, I assumed this would be a fairly run of the mill occurrence for them. Unfortunately it sent the man I was speaking to into paroxysms of anger and seemed to present an insurmountable challenge to him. Rarely, as a customer, have I been spoken to in such a derogatory manner. In the end the car arrived punctually and was delivered by a very friendly chap. It's a good service but is let down by the attitude of some of the staff.

Very good service. Reminded us that we were coming in at a different terminal and assured us that we would be given instructions on landing. Our return flight was late, nevertheless the car was waiting for us when we got through Customs.

Because of the travel disruption at Gatwick over Christmas I changed our travel plans at the last minute. EPG contacted me to confirm the changes and coped well with our delays in returning. Thank you.

I chose EPG after reading other customer reviews, whilst EPG was not the least expensive I was looking for a " reputable" service provider. The EPG service / drivers provided a good value and efficient service at a very competitive price, and from my experience I would recommend EPG.

It worked out cheaper to stay overnight in a Travel Lodge the night before travelling and use EPG Meet and Greet at Gatwick Airport than using Stay and Park. EPG could not be faulted! Having phoned 15mins before arriving at the allocated car park the driver was there within minutes to collect our car, he was friendly, polite and helpful! On our return we were held up briefly at Customs and the guy delivering our car rang to check that everything was ok, he told us where to go to collect our car and again was there within minutes, we hardly had to wait at all and again hex was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using EPG Meet and Greet again ... brilliant!!

We were very impressed, The driver who came to meet our car was punctual and courteus. We have used many Meet & Greet companies at Gatwick and this was our best experience so far. Will definitely use again.

This was a really good service for us. We were stuck in heavy traffic on the M25 on our way to Gatwick and were running late. The EPG Meet and Greet contacted us to let us know the motorway was bad and to get off at the first opportunity. We arrived at the airport with 50 minutes to spare before the flight. EPG Meet and Greet were there when we arrived and we were able to get to the check in just before it closed. If we hadn't have used them, but used a regular carpark, we would have missed the flight.

We went off with our car keys when our car was collected at Gatwick (the car was running and has a keyless system). We telephoned and arranged for a representative to meet us on our return - he collected our keys and then collected and delivered our car to us. We would definitely recommend the service and have used them more than once.

This was the first time I'd used EPG for meet and greet, but familiar with other companies offering this service. The driver was waiting in the car park at Gatwick North by the time we arrived to drop off the car. Our return flight was switched to Gatwick South upon landing, but the company arranged for us to meet our driver at this terminal so we didn't have to make our way back to the North Terminal. Our driver arrived to drop off the car within minutes of us reaching the car park. Very happy with the efficent service and would use again.

Hi, not sure if it is the change of drop off and pick up ( car park 5, 3rd level, but this time we did have to wait for about 20 minutes. Whilst in baggage hall we called the number to let them know we were shortly going to exit the arrivals, the phone message told us to call another number, which we did then a message telling us to "leave a message", which we did , we walked outside and tried again same thing happened, we waited for a callback, after about 10 mins we checked the phone numbers on the booking sheet, re entered the numbers and was put through to Ian, who told us he would bring the car to level 3, 10-12 mins later he appeared, he gave us the keys after a security check, and gave us the ticket to get out of the parking, failing to say we had to pay, so when we got to the barrier we could not exit,went back into parking , paid £3.0 and then were able to exit. This is the first time we have had to use Car park 2, we have used park and go at Bristol and glasgow and not had to pay to get out of the parking,I dont mind paying as long as I know we need to do it befor exiting . Our previos booking with Park and Go have been great, so will continue to use them, but Please tell me about any changes or new procedures !

Meet and greet for the price of standard long stay at Gatwick can't be sneared at and had we arrived on time I am sure we would be giving 5 stars all round. Unfortunately, when the M25 is closed for a major accident and you are trying desperately to get to the airport, sneaking out at the services and trying to find your way on the back roads, a call to tell you you have missed your slot and will have to be fitted in aqs and when they can when you arrive is not totally encouraging. We rang again when we were 20 minutes from the airport and arrived within a minute of when we had told them on the phone. Unfortunately the rep was late (seems there was a problem on the motorways - what a surprise!). My wife went ahead and had check-in waiting so when I ran up they could put the cases through with almost a minute left before check in closed (phew!). Return was easy and car waiting when we came out. Expect to pay £3 for your parking ticket but still a good price. Generally very good apart from their poor ability to deal with motorway delays (ours or theirs). Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get to the airport on time and you will love this service and especially the price.
