I have used many valet services in the past. The service provided was as good as many others which were far more expensive.

We found this company efficient friendly and punctual. The drivers arrived when they were supposed to and our car was in tip top condition when it was returned. We plan on using them again later on in the year

At time of booking was no more expensive than the long stays. Did exactly what they said they would. Could not ask for more

The driver said that ihad phoned the wrong number but .i checked my iPhone & the number was right. It was bad enough to have to wait so long but to be told that it was my fault was adding insult to injury.

Good during pick up. On return telephone was very busy so till 20 mins just to connect the call. But then 5 mins after that for car which was nice. To some extent I can understand because the time was peak time and a lot of flights landed at that time . So finally I would recommend it.

Used this service before and it was very good and again all the same attributes of punctual, relaible and efficient still apply. We will use it every time we go to Gatwick because its so good. the key thing is you can totally rely on it working for you and you can't say better than that.

We have used EPG for a number of years and this time even a 3.5 hour flight delay didn't phase them and car returned was arrived at collection point just as we arrived, faultless service.

Waiting for me when I arrived at the drop off and car returned as I arrived at the pick up. Only 2 minutes from the terminal. Friendly helpful staff. Priced cheaper than the car parks without any hassle.

The customer service was great departing Gatwick - however I had to wait 20 minutes for my car to show up in Car Park 6 on arrival.

Even though we had a delayed departure from home which meant we arrive 25 minutes after said we would, we were met on arrival at Gatwick. On the way home, we waited a minute for a car. A superior experience to the more expensive valet parking

EPG is considerably cheaper than other meet and great options but the service is fantastic. I phoned as directed on my approach to the airport and was met at the short stay car park by an EPG rep who took the car. Again, on my return I phoned as I cleared baggage reclaim and by the time I got to the short stay car park my car was there. Great service, great value.

We called as we left the M25 and the drivers were at the car park to meet us as planned. When we returned we phoned after passing customs and the car was delivered in the car park within 10/15 minutes. Excellent service, thank you.

Second time I have used EPG. Have already booked them again- very good straight-forward way of doing things, friendly driver and a very good, competitive price. Thanks again.

Instructions were clear and concise, driver was waiting for car on arrival, car was returned in excellent condition and driver was actually waiting for me by the time I reached the meeting point. Could not have had better service and would recommend to anyone.

Have used epg several times now. Only once was there a delay. I will certainly use them again in future.

It was very efficient but my car was filthy on the outside on return with bird muck and a thick layer of black grime covering the car so who knows where it was left!
