I have used these guys before, they are still the cheapest and this time just about faultless, small wait on drop off and car waiting for me upon arrival back, no problem...

The EPG service is fantastic - I arrived early at Gatwick for my departure and it was no problem. There was a delay on the flight coming back and again it was not a problem. The team were very friendly and courteous. I Will definitely be using EPG again.

Really prompt efficient service and excellent value for money, cheaper than long stay parking!

I saved an hour at each end of the trip by not using off-airport parking - eg, on the return journey, the car was waiting for me at the entry to the car-park. I also saved at least £30 against other options. Excellent value and efficiency

Telephoned and was met straight away for drop off. Pick up was just as easy, being met by the same driver. Only thing which would have been nice was to valet the car before pick up (maybe this is something they could add as a service) but no complaints. Excellent service all round. Would definitely use again and recommend

Service was exactly as advertised. On both drop off and return the courier was there before us. No waiting time at all. Took the hassle out if long bus transfers from other car parks. Most effective way we have found to park for two weeks. Definitely will use again.

One small addition would be for the person to walk around your car for any defects on the arrival and return. I would like to say that I will be using peg again when I fly again.

Got a call from the pick up driver before I left home to advise that the security checks were causing delays and advised me to get on the road. Met him where he said, did not have to wait. Very polite and helpful. On return phoned and the car was back 15 minutes later. A very good service, will use them next time.

Great service, Great instructions to drop off and pick up meeting the driver each side. The drivers were courteous and prompt, the care seemed to be looked after well and it's just a stone's throw from the terminal....what's not to like??

The directions for delivery and collection were clear, and carried out as expected. It was reassuring to see that the car was carefully inspected for any bodywork blemishes on collection and delivery.

This is the second time we used meet and greet with EPG and again the service was excellent. The driver was waiting for us at the airport car park when we dropped off the car and on our return the car arrived just a few minutes after we reached the pick up point. Efficient service and good value for money. We would happily use EPG again.

Very easy way to park your car at the airport near departures just walk across the road the price was good and the driver was very reliable no waiting at all car there when we arrived and driver handed the keys to us and off we went no waiting for buses.

The driver was waiting when we got to car park to drop of the car. On our return are baggage took a long time to arrive and it was nice to receive a call to ask how we were getting on and my Car arrived as we got out of the lift. Fantastic service and would definitely use again.

On arrival at airport had trouble locating drop off point. Driver who picked up car was polite and friendly. On return had great trouble contacting them to arrange return of car. One Phone number was engaged for a while and other was switched off! The fact that it was the same time as England's first World Cup match may have had something to do with it. Had to pay £3 exit fee from car park and although this is mentioned at time of booking, it was annoying as I had forgotten. Could they not ensure you don't have to pay at exit barrier?

I was a bit sceptical having seen less than complimentary reviews of other meet and greet services on the TV but this service was faultless and there were only about 15 additional miles on the car. Great service all round and would use again as long as the price stays the same.

You pay more than the off-site parking, but to be able to walk right to the short stay carpark from arrivals in less than 5 minutes is worth it after a long flight.

Small delay whilst waiting for the driver to collect my car-not an issue. However, when we phoned to advise our return we were told 15 - 20 minutes. The driver eventually turned up almost an hour after our call, apparently due to his car breaking down. In fairness to him he was very apologetic and did pay the £3 parking fee. The aim of choosing this service was that, it was a late flight and we had a long onward journey so wanted a quick turnaround-it wasn't.

Both mobile numbers provided for me to call when we picked up our luggage were switched off. I left messages and sent texts and had to wait in the arrivals lounge for 90 minutes until someone contacted me. I was then told he would be 10 to 15 minutes but had to wait a further 35. Their process is based on you calling them when you return. It only works if they have their phones switched on. Utterly useless.

We travel a lot in and out of various airports across the UK and we always use meet and greet services. This was the first time we used EPG and they were as we have come to expect from this kind of service - on time, friendly and hassle free! Slightly cheaper the the others at Gatwick and they weren't wearing a uniform or name badge which might put people off as they were unrecognisable but that didn't bother us! We would definitely use them again.
