They answer the phone promptly, they were there waiting when we arrived to drop off and collect. The car was well looked after. Made our trip much more relaxing. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone travelling from Gatwick

Always use Meet and Greet, these are as good as any ive used. Service was very good, driver waiting when we arrived both ways. Would use again.

On arrival at Gatwick the driver asked pertinent questions about any damage/problems with the car. Very polite.

This was our first time using this service & I was a bit concerned in the beginning as we were departing from Gatwick South & returning to Gatwick North but the collection & return was so easy even though we were a early for drop off prior to departure but it was not a problem, really pleased with the whole service & thoroughly recommend,will definately be using in the future.

Easy to book, great value for money did have to wait a bit, but that is probably my impatience

We've used EPG for the past few years and have always considered them to be very good. Prices have gone up a little and there were cheaper options but better to stick with the ones you know !

Booking simple and just followed the instructions given - no problems and good value for money.

Could not fault the service as they drove into the car park as we walked in. slightly more expensive than one or two others as you pay for the exit charge; however, worth the extra if they perform this well every time.

I failed to realise that there are more than one on-airport short stay car parks. Result was that I went to the wrong one and caused a delay to our check in. Make sure you read instructions for arrival and collection very carefully and I suggest you copy the key information in large clear print, we not only went to the wrong car park but in early hours had great difficulty in reading the small printed instructions. But for that I have no hesitation in recommending this service, great value for money and avoids all the delays and hassle of off-airport parking

Drop off was smooth and easy, staff friendly and upon return car was with me within 5 minutes of phone call. Great location on Airport and saved all the normal hassle of catching buses to get your car allowing me a quick getaway after a 9 hour flight. Highly recommended....

I used EPG Meet and Greet in September 2014 at Gatwick. When I phoned them prior to arrival they were extremely helpful on the telephone and the man waiting for me at the car park even helped push my trolley down the slope as I was using a crutch. On my return home everyone was equally helpful. On departure and arrival their rep was waiting for me. I can thoroughly recommend EPG.

I really can't fault the service. All aspects went like clockwork and we were delighted.

The EPG driver was there to meet us when we dropped the car off, we were met promptly on our return. All EPG staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent value - we'll use again.

met as agreed on time .At pick up was told it would be about 1/2hr wait but car arrived within 15mins so overall quite happy with service

Due to oversight on my part I gave wrong instruction as to the terminal we would use upon our return.the EPG employee returning our car spotted the mistake, called me back and sorted the problem without any sign of impatience or annoyance. I would definitely use EPG again
