Cophall Farm was very good and we will use again.

Great to be able to book on the web, directions which were posted made it easier to find, when we called to say our flight had arrived the minibus was there very quickly and the driver was friendly. We used a similar facility in Manchester only weeks before and they certainly were not in the same league as Cophall. Thanks.

Really good service - parked the car and was taken to the airport straight away by a really jolly driver who took a disliking to my pink suitcase!! That really made the start of our holiday though. Then on the way back I called to say we'd landed and within 5 minutes the minibus was there to pick us up. I think it had picked a couple up from the South Terminal so it was in the area already, but we were really pleased at it was freezing! Would definitely use again if they were the cheapest option.

Arrived at car park early evening , whilst i had my leg in plaster cast, the staff were very helpful in every way - on the return journey the bus was waiting at the pick up point and our car was there waiting for us at the farm!

We had no wait at the airport on our return. Our car was ready on our return to Cophall. No paperwork to be sorted. Quick and efficient.

Other parking firms may have posh coaches but the mini-buses used by this firm get you to the airport and back and there was much less waiting at both ends than with the other firms.

Fantastic, there was no waiting around, I got off the plane and onto the courtesy bus and my car was waiting to drive away at Cophall farm....just what i wanted and much cheaper than other airport parking facilities. I would definately use you again...thankyou!

Experience was good. Transfers were prompt and car was ready for us on our return.

We didn't have too many problems finding the place, but when we did, we were met by courteous people who didn't hang about! We were taken straight to the terminal. On Arrival home, having made the call to the office, a bus arrived in minutes (for other parties, not ours) and we were lucky enough to be included on that return trip, -although had we HAD to wait , it would have only been about 10 minutes anyway. All in all, very good, Thank You.

We were very pleased with the overall service offered to us and will use again.

The whole process was generally very efficient with little 'waiting around' and friendly helpful staff. As mentioned above there was almost a problem on the return leg - three coaches were sent to pick up around seventeen passengers and only just managed to get us all in - still we made it back ok. The drivers were friendly and courteous and on return to Cophall at 12:30 a.m. our car was close by and ready for us immediately. A very good service overall, and one which I would happily use again.

Cophall Farm Parking is excellent value and the standard of service was equally high.

The service both to and from the airport was immediate and quick. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. I felt the car would be 100% safe while I was away and the checking in/out procedure was very quick.
