As we returned in the early hours of the morning and it was very frosty, we were pleasantly suprised to find the car running, warm and defrosted when we got to the car park. We will use this facility again and would recommend it to others. Very friendly staff.

We were very pleased with the service offered by Cophall Farm Parking - especially arriving in the dead of night. We only had to wait a few minutes before we were whisked off to the terminal in a comfortable minibus with plenty of space for our luggage.

We were running late, and the staff at Cophall and the driver got us to the airport as quickly and efficiently as possible. During the holiday, I slipped a disc in my back, and the staff loaded my luggage into the back of my parked car - without me even asking them. I couldn't fault Cophall Farm Parking and thoroughly recommend them!!

Service was very smooth, there was no hanging around waiting for transport to and from airport.

Generally very satisfied. In fact, the only minus point would be that the receptionist was not welcoming and in fact, quite rude. This was a real shame as the drivers were totally the opposite!

We were dealt with immediately we arrived, straight onto a bus and off to Gatwick. On our return we phoned up and only had to wait a few minutes for the bus. There were other people left waiting but another bus pulled up almost immediately and our car was all ready and waiting and we were away in no time at all. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. We will certainly be using the service next time we fly from Gatwick.

Transfer to terminal excellent. Only had to wait 10 minutes for transport on arrival back at terminal.

The newly refurbished establishment seems to be a better working enviroment thus staff happier and service better, although it was good before.

Easy to book, also phoned with a few questions, which were answered and put my mind at rest. The transfer to and from the airport was immediate, the staff were friendly and helpful. My battery on the car was flat on my return but even though it was a busy saturday morning they sorted my car out and got it started. This was my first experience of booking airport parking, and my first experience of flying and getting to the airport, Cophall Farm Parking certainly put my mind at ease. I will definately use them again. I found they were the cheapest as well but service definitely wasn't! Book with them and find out for youself.

We found Cophall Farm easy to book over the net. We arrived for parking at 0400 & were transfered without delay, also very good when we arrived back only had to wait 10 mins from phone call. The staff are very friendly. The directions sent with the booking are very clear, making it easy to find. Overall 10/10 Many Thanks.

Found the people friendly and efficient but did not like the fact that my car had been parked adjacent to entrance which meant it was filthy when I collected it. Nevertheless it would not stop me using Cophall Parking again.
