Good service, only 10 mins from airport. no complaints at all. Have used this car park before and will continue to do so!

Painless experience from booking, dropping off and collecting the car. However there was damage to the rear bumper, I will have a go at remove it with a bit of elbow greese but it should not have happened in the first place. Other than that happy with service and will use again.

Toilets on site. Check in fast. Mini bus was waiting. On arrival back to Gatwick, mini bus arrived within 5 mins. Great.

Very pleased with the promptness of a bus being ready to drop off and pick up from the airport. Value for money.

I have used Cophill farm parking before and I will certainly use them again. We arrived to leave the car and there was a bus waiting outside ready to take us to the airport, as we walked across the care park towards the reception area the driver came across and took our luggage from us and proceeded to load it onto the bus while we dealt with the car keys. 1 minute later we were in the bus and on route to the airport. The driver was pleasant and the transfer was quick. Upon our return in the early hours of the morning I called once we had collected our luggage and as we left the terminal the bus was pulling into the bus stop to collect us. The transfer was once again fast and efficient and when we reached the car park our car was parked by the reception awaiting our arrival. Collection of the keys was fast and within minutes we were on our way. I would use this company again and would have no problem with recommending this company to anyone.

Driver who picked us on return exceptionally rude for a service we were paying for. For that reason my wife said despite the value in money we were not going to use them again.

However, I was a little unhappy that we could not be taken by a mini bus waiting there for another party, which turned out to be 4 people, we were also a party of 4. The mini bus holds 8. I was even more puzzled when our mini bus arrived, we got in and then had to wait 5 minutes for another party of 3 people. Also, seemed longer than 3 miles or 10 minute transfer from airport, which was stated on their website.

Good friendly service, prompt collection from airport at return, a bit further away from the airport than official Gatwick parking but lower cost. Will use again.

The service was friendly and punctual & the transfer only took a few minutes. We only had to wait a couple of minutes at the airport for the pick up. We would use them again.

Easy drop off, and a minibus took us to the terminal building straight away. The airport building is about ten minutes drive away. Most impressive was the swift pick up after midnight on our return. A freephone call from the arrivals hall meant that the bus was waiting for us outside the terminal. We were on our way home soon after. A good all round service - it's just a shame that all airport parking is so expensive.

As above was a good value alternative to on-site parking. Very slight negative points were the wait for the bus back to the car (about 25 mins) and the fact that the site was 15 mins past the airport from the direction i was coming - fine of course for those living the correct side :-)

I found Cophall to be very friendly, and punctual, and will use them again in the future.

This is the second time we have used Cophall Farm precisely because they were so good the first time round. Their quoted price wasn't the cheapest but because of our previous good experience with them we were happy to pay the extra. Would recommend their friendliness and efficiency to anyone.

After some holiday difficulties not of their making the staff went the extra mile and even found our lost luggage at the airport. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff there. First class service.
