Parking at Cophall Farm,was straightforward and easy. There was very little waiting around, going or returning, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Easy to find and near the airport without taking the motorway route. Friendly drivers.

When we were going on the outward journey I could not fault anything, however on the return journey we made the telephone call as requested firstly nobody answered from the mobile someone did answer when I made the call from a payphone. It took a considerable length of time for the coach to pick us up but when it did we were not on the list, the rest of the transaction went ok and the driver that took us back on the minibus was very good.

The service was very efficient with no delays in transfers to and from the airport

The parking was really convenient, especially coming from Tunbridge Wells. It meant the hassle of the tangle of roads round the airport was dealt with by the efficient and courteous Cophall driver. Waiting time was minimal, for both departure and arrival. I will definitely use Cophall again.

From the time we arrived to the time we returned it was a thoroughly professional and friendly service, no waiting around, easy to contact, friendly staff. I will definitely use again.

First time users of Cophall Farm Parking and having used 3 or 4 others already, this company rates as one of the best. Directions were perfect, staff friendly even at 5am, and transfer to the airport all within 15 minutes of arrival at the car park. On our return the minibus was there within 10 minutes and the lady driver was very helpful and polite. All in all an excellent service which means I would always recommend this company.

They give you a card with a phone number to ring on your return to Gatwick.They should also show where there designated pick point will be.

This was the cheapest option that we could find, and didn't involve any waiting in the cold or searching for a car in a huge car park. We arrived, dropped the car off, got an immediate transfer to the airport. On return, we called to tell them to pick us up, less than 10 minutes later they arrived, took us to the car park where our car was waiting for us.

Good organisation, good price, return flight had been planned for and car readied. Would use again.

Both drop off and pick up were instant - no messing about finding a parking space or looking for a car 2 weeks later in a dark car park. The only issue I had was the roadworks close to Cophall Farm, which held us up arriving and confused us leaving - information on this or an alternative route, given in advance would have minimised this issue, which we acknowledge is out of Cophall's control, but forewarned is forearmed.

Overall this service was brilliant. Started with friendly email providing alternative arrival route sent prior to date of travel due to roadworks near the site. Shuttle to and from airport was good with not too much waiting around. Little card provided with instructions with what to do when you return. Staff generally quite nice although a little grumpy on the return journey but hey it was very early in the morning so can kind of understand. Would recommend this service and use it again in the future.

The service was quick and efficient, and within 10 mins of arriving we were in a bus to the airport. On return, we called Cophall when we had collected our bags and they were prompt and ready for us. GreAT sERVICE

The entire experience was excellent. With 3 children under 5 I normally dread the hike from the car to the bus stop the wait for the bus and the loading and unloading of the luggage. With this service there is no stress at all. Just park outside the office drop off the keys and go to the mini bus that is already waiting. The friendly driver helps with the bags and pushchairs and drops you outside the terminal just a few minutes later. On the way back just call when you have collected your bags and hey presto one minibus arrives a few minutes later with another friendly driver who sings the wheels on the bus with 3 children! Pick up your keys walk 10 yards to collect your car and off you go. I will never use another car park at gatwick again. Absolutely awesome

cophall farm very kindly emailed me to inform me of roadworks and gave me alternative directions,service punctual and would recommend to others

We have used Cophall Farm Parking at least twice in recent years and have found them to be friendly and efficient. On arrival back at Gatwick the bus arrived within 10 minutes of my call, and we were the only people they had come to pick up.

Other than trying to find the car park (It being a distance away) it was a stress free experience. We were delayed on our way home our plane went to stansted & we didn't get to Gatwick until 2Am. The staff were all very helpful & our minibus was with us in minutes. Excellent!!

Excellent service, whatever time of day or night. We have used Cophall each time we have flown from Gatwick and would not consider anywhere else.
