Finding the site was a bit difficult even with sat nav, a reference ie. [Buttons Lane] would have helped greatly especially as there were road works on the day which increased the difficulty in locating them. A couple of laminated signs placed on a couple of points would help. However, once found it was a very smooth operation and will use BCP in the future

Generally, parking facility very good. I think £51 was too expensive - £35 should be sufficient as an extra trip by car, to be dropped off and collected from home, would have only cost £30(I had to pay £15 anyway for fuel for one return trip). It was not clear where the BCP coach would stop at the airport. Parking facility a bit out of the way. Telephone answering service for return pick-up did not acknowledge that my car details were correct and confirmed - the line just went blank.

Very speedy check in. Car was ready on my return. I had requested that my car was valeted and this was completed to a very good standard. I will definitely use this company again.

BCP parking is a very professional organisation and I found the service seamless and enjoyable. The car park is secure so you can rest assured that your car will be safe. It's easy as you just drop the car off get on a bus to the airport and when you back there is a bus waiting within 5 minutes to take you back to your car. Would defnitely recommend.

Too long to wait upon arrival back at Gatwick. When arrived back at BCP, they could not find my keys, then they forgot to give me a gate exit pass, all in all, not impressed and won't be using them again.

Waited for the third coach to transfer us there was only a max of fifteen peaple on each transfer. We was told by driver that there was no room for the luggage? When we were taken the coach left full of people all luggage on board. V.Frustrating. Could not get out of car park as exit cards clearly not programmed correctly. Again V.Frustrating. Will not be using or recommending service again.

We had a lovely departure driver who was very funny and put everybody into the holiday mood that early in the morning.. Departure and arrival was quick and very efficient and appreciated this process when getting to airport and then getting home after a flight. Thank you for looking after my car as again no damage incurred.

It would have been helpful if there had been directions signs when you left the car park. Bearing in mind that most people parking here would not know the area how do they think you can find your way back to the M23 etc, in the dark, with no road signs! Because of this I would not use them again.

what can I say? It does exactley what it says on the tin!!! If you get what I mean. Did not have any problems so well done BCP! I think improvements could be sign post the way to the car park a certain number of miles away to let clients like me know they are on the right tracks,just a thought.

We found that the parking was very well organised. The only down side that we found was that one of your staff was, I think, a bit fed up and had a go at my Son in law for parking out of his bay. This was done because my Daughter had to open the rear door wide enough to get my Granson out of his seat and the bays are not quite wide enough. I think that if your guy had thought about what was going on then I dont think it would have been an issue.

Upon collection the car was filthy and covered with black carbon deposits. The reason is that the car park is extremely adjacent to the main runway and receives the full exhaust pollution from the aircraft engines. I won't be parking there again. It has taken 2 vigorous washes to partially remove the black, sticky deposits.

The location was easy to find, and the directions were clear We have used quite a few off-site carparks at both Gatwick and Stansted airports and in terms of convenience, service, etc, this one was as good as any others we have used. It was good value

on our return our car was left muddy inside ,more on the passenger side than on the drivers side.could have been cleaned if someone had cared about the condition our car was returned.when we showed the dirty part to a front office member of staff we got the following explanation; the person parking your car must have got in on the drivers side with muddy boots ! not a mention of = please let me get help and clean it quickly for you !? maybe it is the norm and what one should expect!? our flight was late and we needed to return home.otherwise we would have insisted on some action to have the car cleaned.thanks for letting us review this.

The car park was impossible to find with no signage off the main roads which caused us quite a lot of stress before getting to the parking - it felt like we were miles away from the airport. If I had known I would have paid more to be in the airport as it took almost an hour longer to get the car and leave the airport.

Coach stops at both Gatwick terminals so 10 minute-transfer needs an allowance. Not a problem when on holiday. Do take your mobile phone and call ahead from the Baggage Hall (push button menu until you have to give your registration number to a voicemail).

Bit further to airport than holiday Parking who we usedlast time but that is a minor point and would not put us off using you again. Friendly staff , no problems exoerienced. Isd it really necessary to phone you when we get back as you run a regular service anyway.Thank you for an efficient service.

A very competitive parking rate. Though a small distance further from the terminal buildings at Gatwick than other car parks, this was made up for by the comfortable coach transfers. In addition, drop-off and collection administration was minimal and completed in less than two minutes.

Overall the experience was fine. Was able to get in and get to the airport within a few minutes. The carpark itself was a little further than thought but still no big deal. We only had to wait a minute for the transfer coach back. When we returned the car was a few rows away. Which made it a little difficult getting kids and luggage to the car.

The staff at BCP are some of the most helpful and friendly people one could wish for. The road layout has changed since I last used BCP, and I found it a bit confusing, altho once the route has been used it is fairly straight forward, altho slightly longer than the previous route. This is not the fault of BCP,but the road layout. However I shall use Bcp in the future, as I have been using them for about 15 years now, and find them most reliable.
