The car park was easy to find the airport a few minutes drive with very helpfull drivers and car park staff.If I have to fly from Edinburgh Airport again I will definately book Secure Airpark.

I found staff to be very helpfull and polite, and I like the fact that you park your own car and take away the keys. gosimply indeed.

I had no problems,hold ups or confusion with this service,easy to book as well which is good,no problem on return either. All in all cant fault it!!!

I have used this car park before but they have made recent modifications that have enhanced the already good fasilities. The new laid walkways and several bus stops throughout the compound are ideal especially for me as I'm disabled

whilst trying to enter the parking area you had a problem with the camera but your staff coped well nothing to much to handle

It was smooth , trouble-free experience. Being taken to where the car is parked is definitely is a big plus ! Bus service and friendly and kind Mr. Drivers were both very good. I have already recommended 'Secure Airparks ' to my friends who also frequently travel via Edinburgh Airport.

My car wasn't hired out to someone like other folk experienced. Other than that nothing to say other than staff were there. Seemed uninterested and bored.

Well organised, taken straight to the aiport as soon as the car was booked in. Had to call them and explain that I had messed up the arrival date, this was no problem and settled the extra days payment on arrival to the car park. Would definitely use again.

Efficient and prompt pickup and drop off. Nice clean bus. Driver a tiny bit grumpy must be a British thing. Would definitely use again.

On arrival at Edinburgh, reception staff were friendly and welcoming and the bus to the airport was clean and driver frienmdly. On return first class service which ;eft us surprised at the ease of car parking and pick up. Will use again if travelling from Edinburgh - no need to lok further!!

The coach dropped us at our car and handed us our keys, no hanging about the office and then searching for the car, brilliant.

It was easy to find. They were expecting me. They dropped us off at the airport and collected us on time. Good service and would use them again. Good work.

secure air parks was excellent but you charged me twice to park here. Iwas not amused

The driver (older)on the outward journey was very friendly and helpful. The driver (younger)on the return journey didn't speak, didn't help with suitcases and drove off at the airport before passengers,including young children,could get into their seats.Not a good advert for health and safety!He also didn't help to unload suitcases on arrival back at the car park.

We have used this car park several times and wouldn't use any other. The transfers are great and the fact that when you arrive back at the car park the bus driver takes you directly to your car to drop you off is fantastic. The bus drivers are always helpful with putting luggage on and off the bus (especially helpful when I'm travelling alone with my toddler). Excellent thank you.

It was easy to book on the internet, I have used this service before at Edinburgh, it is convenient for airport, staff were friendly, and frequent coach service to terminal, all very good.

Easy to find, very helpful staff, regular buses to the airport with very helpful drivers. On return dropped off at our car. Good value for money.

I think the realistic assessment is there were no problems . One point the phone contact system was liable to make you wonder if it was working

they assume everyone owns a mobile phone and can text. Will probably use someone else next time.
