Was an hour early to drop of my car, Price was the same no extra charge. Staff were very helpful and got me transferd to Airport within 5 min, Very highly recomended

On arriving we were welcomed, and talked through what would happen to our car, we left the car keys in confidence. When we arrived back we were picked up at the stance we were told to go to, and arrived back at the car park. The staff had brought our car and everyone that travelled back with us car ready for the off back to where we all came from. Very organised. I will and I am sure the rest of the travellers will use this service again. J Kerr

Fast and efficient. Driver helpful particularly on way in to airport, helped everyone with their luggage. Like the fact you get dropped off right at your car, particularly coming back late at night and in the dark. Will use again. Mrs M

There did not appear to be a waiting room at carpark for transfer - as a result had to stand at outside bus stop for bus - the temperature was below 4 degrees at the time. Luckily we only had about 5 minutes to wait. The return transfer was very efficient.

This was my first time using the carpark and I was very impressed with the service. Easy booking in, rapid transport to the airport and speedy return to where the car was parked. For once, it was a pleasure to use a carpark. I have recommended it to all my acquianatnces, and will certainly use it in the future. Thanks.

It was really easy to find the car park (and believe me I can get lost in my own back garden!). The whole experience was efficient and fast. Was particularly impressed with the pick up from the airport and the cheery driver taking us right to the car. I will definitely recommend and use Purple Parking again.

Good price park, situated at the airport. My only gripe being that their was only one bus running on both my outward and return journeys. Considering that the bus also drops clients off at a onsite airport hotel their should have been two bus running. Waiting time was longer than expected because of this.

Check in quick and efficient, transferred to the airport within 10 mins.On return coach waiting, taken to vehicle by driver who had keys. Only minor issue was parking area being resurfaced.Would recommend this parking facility to others and use this company again.

First there was an error in my reservation that my flight was arriving at 12:25 pm instead of 23:45. But it was solved quickly and my car transfered to parking, my luggage was taken by bus driver who was very friendly and helpful.

Very efficient friendly staff. The bus driver helped us with the luggage which was gratefully received at 6.45am! Bus was waiting for us when we got back so the journey home went without a hitch and the kettle was on within 30 mins of collecting our luggage. Would definately use them again.

Having never used these facilities before we didnt know what to expect but were very pleased at the level of service we recieved. We highly recommend this company.

just what i expected from airport parking no complaints everything went as expected

Parked at Secure Airparks because of the horrendous NCP charges in central Edinburgh (I was quoted in excess of £100, instead of under £30 by SA). From leaving my apartment, collecting my car and driving back to Edinburgh - 90 minutes round trip. On the outward journey, I mislaid some keys. I called SA, and they even went to check that the keys weren't in my car. Highly recommended!
