Ease of booking in and transfer to airport was a plus since we were running late due to an accident. Return pickup was efficient.

Great, Only problem was we had to wait in a queue to get the bus back from the airport to the carpark. there was not enough room on the first bus and we had to wait on a 2nd bus.

This is the first time I have used Secure Airparks at Edinburgh. It will not be my last. Directions were accurate and easy to follow. I was impressed by the efficient, smooth entry and exit. The automated number plate reading at the entry activated the touch screen with my details and then after finding a suitable parking space the transfer bus appeared and took little time to get me to the airport. The return transfer was equally smooth. For me this airpark is ideally situated and worth the money. I will gladly recommend this airpark to others.

prefer keeping my own keys as i had my car dented the last time ileft them. may i say not in secure airparks so i know where i,ll park in future. excellent

From the time our recognised number plate showed on the screen and the automatic barrier raised to a similar process at the exit end the whole process was problem free. This coupled with the cost made it a great and good value experience. Highly recommended

The Car Park next to Edinburgh Airport was very handy and the bus service to and from the terminal was frequent enough that you did not have to wait long. The cost was reasonable for the location and the fact that we will get a discount the next time we fly out of Edinburgh will also make us use this facility again.

Both coming and going the bus driver couldn't have been more helpful well done!!!! It is a pleasant change

Driver who took us to the airport was extremely helpful and efficient, helping all customers on the bus with their luggage. He was very mannerly and knew how to treat people. Sadly the younger driver who took us from the airport on our return,was neither helpful nor communative. He never left the driver seat, nor when offered the slip of paper which was to be handed to him did he make eye contact accept the slip. The first driver who was an older gentleman should be utilised in a training environment with his customer service skills being passed on to the less experienced staff.

I've used Secure Airparks before and always found them good. I paid in advance online, expecting to get out at the office and hand over my paperwork as usual, so it was a slight surprise to find that my car was "recognised" on our approach and the barrier lifted without any button-pushing. The only member of staff we saw was the transfer-bus driver,who was very helpful. At exit time, again the barrier opened without any input from us. Very quick and efficient, if slightly soulless!

if you book and pay on line this car park has an number plate recognition system as you pull up to it,it asks you if this is you, you press yes take a ticket and park where you can, its just about the same for leaving i thought this was great as i had left my ticket in the hotel and thought there might be a problem but it was that easy.

The system was very efficient and location could not have been better. Would definitely use this car park again.

Very easy access from the airport approach. I thought that the number plate recognition entry system was brilliant. Manchester Airport official car parks often don't even remember my credit card. I must remember to keep the car clean for next time! I will definitely be using Secure Airparks again

The automated car registration entry system made entry easy. There were signs directing you to available spaces which made finding a space simple. The facilities were great - smooth surfaces, bus shelters at frequent intervals and a very efficient bus shuttle service to the airport. Could not fault the service at all and would definately recommend Secure Airparks to others.

Found the car park easily, car recognised immediately you drive up to the barrier - found a space within a minute and the bus came round within another minute. Same on return journey - walked out to the bus stance, returned promptly to the secure and unscuffed car - drove home - simple.

Very easy to find. Generous sized parking spaces. Regular buses. Will definitely use this company again.

This car park is well positioned for ease of transfer to the airport. Can be easily found from the motorway and trouble free to park. However, we found the bus driver to be extremely unhelpful and bordering on downright rude. There was no friendly greeting, and on alighting the bus at the airport, simply ignored us as we left, burying his head in his newspaper instead. We were made to feel almost like an inconvenience.

never flown from Edinburgh airport so was unsure what to expect but this car park was easy to find with sat nav, very easy to sign in, leave car, and get to airport. will use again when flying from Edinburgh as it is the best value for money of any airport car park.

Probably the same bus transfer time as BAA car park and cheaper. I was dropping off at 5am and buses were every 3min.

No issues, location is excellent and I've used you more than once. In terms of cost you are probably not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive and I now have a discount for my next trip. I used you again as the service has been consistently good. Never had to deal with any of your staff on this trip which is a testament to the service provided but the driver looked a bit unhappy and never responded to a couple of hello's and good bye's but he wasn't rude at all. All in all happy with the service and as previously stated I will use the discount voucher on my next trip.
