This is the first time we have used Secure Airparks and I would book with them again every time from now on. The car park was easy to find with the instructions given. It was totally stress free, staff were very helpful, bus was punctual, no problems at all which is just what you need at the beginning and end of your holiday :-)

The car park is pretty close to the airport, the transfers were regular and efficient and automatic machine knew who we were when we arrived and left the car park - very impressive!

Excellent location and drop off service! The vehicle recognition worked a treat. Our only negative is the pick up instructions are very unclear, as according to our info and emails from our booking and parking ticket it says that on collection we have to phone "The Number" to arrange collection but no phone number is shown either on the emails or the parking ticket, which at the time is very worrying if your already stressed from arriving home through customs. It turns out the buses are every 10 minutes from stand 10 but no information is provided. Other than that though a good service!

We arrived early at the car park but it was not a problem and we arrived back late from our holiday due to a 2 hour delay in our flight. There was no extra charge by Secure Airpark. Even though it was 3 o'clock in the morning the Secure Airpark bus was waiting for us and we were back to our car within minutes. Very well done Secure Airparks thank you for making our holiday that bit less stressful.

there was no problem with parking. Bus came just seconds after I have parked my car. Even though I have left my car keys in the car door, Keys were found and kept in the safe till my come back.

Really great service from arrival until our return. Transfers prompt both directions and staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others.

Wasn't that easy to find on the day we came as the road had been shut for a polling station. But apart from that well worth the money. The coach driver was great as we had stupidly left the ticket in the car. Would definately recommend to anyone

Impressed at the car number recognition, personal welcome message displyed and gate swung open as soon as we arrived at the entrance. Quick and efficient tranfer from car park to airport.

Vehicle recognition makes access fast. Number of free spaces were limited but 'full signs' helped find space quickly. Shuttle bus was regular and with the car park close to the terminal we were in the terminal within 10mins of parking the car. Just as quick on the return journey. Efficient, fast and at less than £40 for a week good value.

I felt reassured that my car was very secure whilst I was on holiday. A very simple yet reliable service. I would certainly recommend using this parking facility. I personally won't go anywhere else from now on.

Straight forward procedure for leaving and picking up your car. Only hiccup was we did not know if, on arriving back at the airport, if we should phone for the bus or just wait at the bus stop where we were dropped off. Still don't know. This could be clearer. But would use this again.

I was travelling with my 8 month old and 4 year old child. The car park was easy to find and well maintained. Parking facilities were simple to use, I found a suitable space for my large vehicle with no problem. There was regular bus transferred you to the airport I only had to wait a matter of minutes at either end. The staff were helpful getting me on and off the shuttle bus. I would recommend this service to anyone.

This car park is within minutes of the airport and is easy to locate. The entry and exit system is simple and convenient, no having to leave car to register etc., no leaving keys. The cost is comparable to others but ease and simplicity of using car park probably favours this company.

Certainly would use this again and reccommend to others. Particularly liked the Veg Reg recognitation

The camera recognition system for enrty and exit worked very well. The bus transfer system also worked very well. I will use this service again.

As a first time user one is always a bit apprehensive that parking will go all right at 4.00am.No worries at all.Everything was as described on the web site. Would recommend and will certainly use again.

The whole process was smooth from booking to parking to retrieving the car.
