Directions were accurate, number plate recognition worked, entry was simple, bus transfer was excellent took 2 minutes, upon return, bus was waiting, set off immediately, car exit was excellent, as number plate recognition opened barrier as we approached it. Could, not have asked for a better service all round! Will recommend to others, and will use again.

My only criticism as a first time user is that signage to the Secure Airparks site from the A8 onwards is either not obvious or non-existant. Fortunately I'd read the directions on the email booking receipt so I didn't go wrong.

This was the first time we used airport parking and we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was and how quick it was to the terminal. On arriving at the barrier, the screen recognised who we were, we confirmed this took our ticket, parked the car at bus stop 2 and in less than 10 mins we were in the airport terminal - super service. On returning home again we got the bus back to bus stop 2 and were on our way within 15 minutes of getting our luggage. Excellent service and value for money.

An easy to use and efficient facility. We always use this company and have never had any problems. Prices compare favourably with other similar carparks.

Hassle free, easy entry, easy exit. good transfer service with helpful coach staff especially after midnight. Good value for nearby airport parking.

when we returned to our car we had a flat tyre when we spoke to attandent on duty he brought his car around to ours and pumped up tyre using his own portable pump.Great customer service

Easy parking at the airport. Number recognition barrier - no waiting in a queue to pay tickets. Only minutes away from the airport terminal building. Would definately use again.

Marketed at one of the nearest car parks but by the time the bus had turned up (15 mins) and then dropped off at the hotel - in reality is wasnt. The bus chappie thuogh was very pleasant and apologetic though. Car park surface wasnt good for a girl in heels!

Very easy to access. This is about the 6th time I have used Secure Airparks at Edinburgh and I would certainly recommend them. Although the customer now takes car keys with him/her,I left them at reception as I had booked a valet as part of my package.I received a text the day before my return flight with details to retrieve keys. The valet was first class.

Couldn't be better. Automatic number recognition meant no fiddling with tickets. Walked straight to bus on arrival and departure and it is very close to the airport. Also I had stupidly left my window open and the staff sealed it up with polythene sheeting. Thanks!

Very good service, check in was instant, bus transfer very quick, security seemed very good. Reaonable value for money

Having used this facility for years I had been used to the parking and leaving keys at the location and this was a differentiator for me. Now that it is all automated with minimal personal contact and I had to take my keys away with me I shall book the cheapest facility next time. Overall the experience was ok just not what was expected.

Didn't have to wait long for bus at car park, and bus at airport on my return so didn't haver to wait. Quick transfer to car park as close to the airport.

Directions were easy to follow both to the car park and once I was there. Dropped the car off in decent sized spaces for a change and only waited a few minutes for the bus to the terminal. The bus driver had a smile on his face (a first for me and reminded us to remember the parking pick up point. Cards were available in the pick up points to help you find your car upon return. When I arrived back, again there were only minutes to wait for the bus back and picked up my car without any difficulty. I will use them again for sure, thanks!

Excellent all round and would definately use again. Driver was friendly and helpful.

The car park experience was all it was set out to be. The only criticism is that it was very full making it difficult to find a space. Double parking was evidence of other customers having the same problem. The available space we found was a little way away from the bus stance and in the rain , dragging luggage this was not too helpful.

On arrival the number plate recognition was great, the barrier just opened, found a good space quickly and bus came right away. Really easy and efficent service, would use again with no hesitation.

Parked my car - with no fuss at 04h30 in the morning - they use cameras and numberplate identification. Bus was there waiting for me when I arrived and there was one there when I landed again - did not need to even swipe my ticket when I left as they used the numberplate recognition again. Everything ran smoothly as promised. I would recommend them.
