As a 'Blue Badge' holder I was entitled to transfer to the'Short stay'at no extra charge. As a result we could park close to the airport entrance which was most helpful for me. On our return, we went to the information kiosk as instructed to get our ticket validated. The member of staff there was busy and told us that we could take the ticket to the station close to the exit and contact someone using the intercom. When we did this, the staff member who eventually answered the 'phone told us that we had to go back to the kiosk. He subsequently failed to pick the 'phone up, leaving my wife to run back some 100y to the kiosk in order to get the ticket validated. This caused a 20-min delay at a busy time and, as you can imagine, we were not popular with the people queing behind us. More importantly, had I been alone in the car, it would have been difficult for me to undertake all the extra walking involved.

Easy to book, easy to find, easy to park, easy to get coach to airport and back again, no problems

The surface of this carpark is the worst at the airport but I'm sure this is reflected in the price which is good value. Transfers are good and the drivers friendly. I hear there is work going on here for the next couple of months and presumably the signage and surface? will be improved but not at a sharp increase in price (I hope)

Parked in number 3 and fortunately found it an easy walk to the terminal as not one bus stopped to pick us up. We initially waited in the shelter and saw buses going around roundabout but even when we tried to flag them down and we were clearly visible to them, they still did not stop. On our return once again no buses.

i have used this service twice this year,and would never do different,it is just so easy,and you are not worrying if your taxi will turn up when you land,you know your own car is there,truly well recomended.

A handy and convienient car park facility, have already booked to use it again next month.

At £32( inc 10% Gosimply discount) for 10 days parking at East Midlands, this was great value. Easy to find and use and transfer buses were available within minutes for outward and return journeys.

no problems and would use this service again.The only down side was that the roads between the parking spaces were covered with the gravel which made it difficult to wheel your cases to where the coach picked you up.These areas could do with sweeping on a regular basis.

When leaving carpark the process should be explained better, ie on arriving back at carpark go to office and get ticket verified then proceed to barrier

Although some distance from the terminal, the cost and frequency of the shuttle compensate. A tip if you have a number of people in the car. Drop everyone off with the bags in the set down area (10 mins free) and then go to the car park. It means you are not lugging bags onto the bus. And make a note of where you park the car! I know that a week can be a long time in terms of memory - unfortunately.

Transport to airport ok but parking space very difficult to find. Had to leave bags near reception while the driver parked the car and walked back. Need to allow plenty of time. We had difficulty finding the bus stop on leaving airport arrivals. We may have missed the signs but the area is a left turn out of arrivals exit rather than right towards other bus routes.

I can thoroughly recommend using this car park and will do so in the future. The price was very reasonable, the car park is simple to find and the transfer to and from the airport runs frequently and takes very little time. Everything you could want at the start and end of your holiday!

transfers from car park to airport and back were very good. i will use this car park whenever i fly from east midlands

after passing through the entry barrier we followed the signs indicating where the parking spaces were, but there weren't any available . Other drivers were cruising round experiencing the same problem and we were beginning to panic. Eventually we spoke to a bus driver who advised us to try a quite separate part of the car park which we didn't realise existed. We had to drive back to the entrance to find it. When we got there spaces were in fact available on it which was a great relief. As we came out on the bus we noticed that the sign indicating spaces had been altered and not before time.

We had no problems at all with this service, we didn't experience any of the negative reviews i had previously read on the web. Excellent bus shuttle service to and from the car park, after parking at 4am a shuttle bus arrived just moments after arriving at the bus stop and a bus was waiting on arrival. Remember to get the ticket validated before getting on the bus as that will save you time when exiting the car park making it more stress free.

Arrived very early morning. Parking up was simply with spaces near to transfer point. Our plane was delayed on return journey, but there was no problem getting ticket validated and system was as smooth as it could be. No complaints about booking or parking.
