Signage entering the airport area looking for the car park not very good.

It seems a long way from the airport, but the shuttle bus means that this is not a problem. We had no problems using the car park & there was plenty of room even on the Half Term holiday week. Good value.

paid for car park then was told i could park for no extra on car park No1,this was good as my wife is disabled.on our return we where delaided 24 hr,office staff did not no what to do bar chargeing us a extra day.

Car park 7 is the furthest away from the terminal however this didn't really cause any problems - the transfers are regular enough that it only adds on a couple of minutes waiting time. Simple and easy service to use.

Though, I expected a slightly better parking surface, for this price probably it is not cost effective. The bus driver was very friendly and repeated the bus stop number and the zone colour for the sake of my return trip upon boarding the bus. As it was my first visit to EMA I was a bit confused with marking the shuttle bus stop at the airport, so I think that one more direction signboard placed outside opposite the arrivals hall exit would solve the problem. But now I will know it is slighly hidden round the corner to the left side of the terminal. Generally speaking, a positive experience. Well done!

great service, got out of the airport and the bus was waiting for us and we was in our car in 5 minutes,

When we arrived at the car park back from our holiday we found the car had a flat battery- the staff were very helpful- they came straight to our car with jump leads started the car and we were on our way. We were really grateful as it was late at night and we thought we were going to have to contact our breakdown service and wait.

Very easy to book with Go Simply, Excellent price and parking was easy and convenient. Go Simply is now a favourite in my browser and I will definitely use them again for airport parking

easy to find, bus to pick us up was their, and the same on our return. Would definetly use again great bus drivers aswell

It was good value for money, car park transfer was prompt and efficient, drivers were friendly.

tried to get a refund due to flight cancellation (volcano)the company did not want to know very unsympathetic.never use again

Returned to EMA 6 days late after being stuck in Portugal.No extra charges were raised,infact we came back to be met by the press and champagne.Thankyou all concerned.

Good facility bus service excellent and driver very helpful. Not sure if the number plate reader was working too well on return but problem was soon sorted out by helpful and polite staff on the exit intercomm,...would certainly use again...but be sure to remember which row ur car is parked in as car park is large and confusing especially late at night

Since Car Park 7 was undergoing maintenance work, we were offered Car Park 6 as a substitute at no extra cost. Both car parks were further away from the airport terminal than we thought when booking - the map does not really give the right impression regarding distances. However, we had no problem with the shuttle service whatsoever and we did not have long to wait either going or coming back. It may have been helpful for each lane in the car park to be numbered as we left the car in darkness and returned in darkness - and in addition heavy snow had descended whilst we were away so all cars looked the same.

Car park 7 was closed when I got there but sign's where up telling you to use car park 6, this was no problem because the last time I used 7 it took me a long time to find my car, nobody told me there were two car park 7's, yes two ? I can only hope car park 7 was closed to sort this out, why not 7A and 7B or 7 and 8, anyway let's see what happen's. No such problem with car park 6, that was ok.

Handy for the M1 especially if you find the quick way instead of going around the Airport ringroad!!

The service was straightforward and convenient and one I would use in the future.

From booking on-line to arriving on the departure day, all completely smooth and hassle free. Gosimply were excellent at keeping us informed, excellent instructions for where to park and what to do when we got there. We parked and got on Shuttle bus almost immediately, no hanging around. On return to the UK, very polite man in the ticket office was very helpful and the shuttle bus didn't take long to come. Would use again. Prices were also very competitive. Thank you go-simply.

Buses were very overcrowded on both jouneys. As I had pre-booked on the internet I went to the office outside the termibnal on my return to get my parking ticket validated, It took the member of staff at least 6 minutes to find my original booking -made me feel I had done something wrong You exit ticket machines were really slow
