I'd definitely use it again. It all worked smoothly and exactly as was laid out in the booking and confirmation instructions.

White transfer buses, access to car park 6 would have been much easier direct from the nearby main road had that been signposted, instead of having to drive for ages all the way round the periphery of the airport. On our return the bus driver kindly stopped specially for us; evidently we hadn't been the only passengers misled by the confusing signs in the terminal as to where to pick up the return bus. On leaving the terminal, if you follow the left turn arrows inside you end up in the middle of nowhere!

We found it very esy to find and park our car, the transfer bus was on time and the driver helpful. We experienced a problem when exiting the car park but when we press for assistance it was given quickly by a very helpful gentleman.

Coaches very prompt and regular. Helpful staff both on the coaches and at the car park. Good price and would definitely use again.

Overall good value for money. Initially signage to car park clear but entrance ambiguous. Condition of car park surface is poor and could be difficult for the infirm or elderly. Lighting could be improved as well as clear signage of zones etc in the parking areas. Staff found to be very friendly and helpful which compensates for all other failings. On-board bus announcements barely audible without proper PA system, but clear information of routing etc was very useful.

On return we were involved in the French air strike which made us a day late returning.We were asked to pay £21 for over staying but you have kindly agreed to refund this.Great service.

the best about this car park was the speed of service to the air-terminal-but every thing else was also fine.

No hassle parking - timely transfers to and from terminal with courteous drivers - will certainly use this service and car park again in the future.

Buses to and from were ok. Car park easy to find. Could do with a bit more tarmac and white lines!!!

This is the second time we have used this car park, and will again when flying from this airport.The instructions take you straight there,and transfer buses are regular.the drivers were friendly, and reminded us to remember which zone we were in.On our return there was a bus waiting to pick passengers up.

My flight has been cancelled 48h prior to departure so I had to get another flight from another airport but I have not been allowed to cancel my airport car park booking nor to get any refund, even though I booked it months in advance (with Essential Travel)! That was very disappointing!

I had to park my car in a puddle, no big deal, your service was superb, the bus drivers both out going and coming back were terrific. Mop up the puddle and all will be excellent, would recommend your services to all my friends

Not far from the main terminal transfer bus arrived within minutes parking was easy and there was an assistant on hand to help, make sure you note your car location eg Red A 1 so you can tel the bus driver he will drop you off at your closest point saves walking. Very secure and well lit. Will use again.

My first experience with Long Stay Car Parking at East Midlands and it is fair to say that I was impressed. As a result of the French Air Control strike my booking over ran by 36 hours - I was pleaantly surprised that any excess charge was waived. It was much appreciated and is something of a rarity in this day and age

Arrived and departed in darkness.Parked in row J the whole park could do with being swept on a regular basis and was very poorly lit.

Poor signing and bus parking for return journey to car park. Also far too many people for the first bus (which we had to wait 15 mins for )meaning that the people who did not grt on the first bus had to wait an alful long time.

on return barrier would not open saying fee was still owing . Staff very unhelpful

If you need a relatively inexoensive way to ensure your car is still there after your holiday then you cant beat this. Buses where as advertised and prompt and the car park was large well lit and very easy to find. give it a wirl

spent 35minites trying to park because all the four by fours were taking two places making the car park full .causing lots of stress and anxiety because we were going round in circles.why is there nobody about to ask for help.
