On arrival I found it a little difficult to find as sat nav took me somewhere else, when I had found it I got to the gate and the registration was not recognized, I spoke to a member of staff and he told me to take a ticket and show my reference letter on departure, when it came to departure again it did not automatically open so needed to speak to a member of staff, it was sorted after a little explaing, other than this everything was fine and took the stress out of traveling.

Car parking was easy to book, instructions were easy to follow, the car park was well lit & secure, the shuttle was punctual and the driver was polite and helpful. All in all an excellent service well worth the money.

Camera didnot reconise reg at gate but addmitted by staff. the transfer was faster then exspected i just missed a bus but another came within 10 min ended up with longer than exspected to wait in the arport. Flight was at 2100 so not the busiess time.

the website was easy to use. customer service staff were friendly and efficient when we had to ring to make a change to our booking. the price is fair and the shuttle arrived within a minute both leaving and arriving home. the car was safe and secure. excellent

The car park was less than a 5 minute ride to the airport arrivals and departures and the transfer coaches were reliable. We waited about 5 minutes on returning from our holiday.

Have commented on customer service only to complete the survey. No contact was necessary. The rest of the system worked 'like clockwork'? Car number recognition let me in, printing my number on the ticket. At the end of my holiday it let me back out and wished me a safe journey. Couldn't have asked for more - a most pleasant experience.

Very easy instructions to follow.The shuttle bus was on time , and the driver was very helpful

The car park was easy to find, the bus shuttle was very good. Regular service, drivers friendly. Would recommend this to anyone .Will certainly use it again .

Owing to a problem with a broken windscreen,the staff helped carry out repair to get me on my way, also had police check car for theft, In general very helpfull and would return again

Easy to find two minutes walk to the terminal found it a struggle to find a place to park after 5 min we managed to find 1 but it was a bit stressful at 4.45am .then on return we tried to exit the car park put the ticket in the machine and was told we owed £125 which we had to buzz for help and then to be let out by the staff .

The barrier didn't recognise my number plate as it was a private one!!! Hard to find a spot to park the car, once parked all very straight forward.

We booked online and prepaid although the machine in the way in didn't recognise out registration so we just got a ticket. On the way out the machine asked for payment. This wasn't really a problem as we pressed for assistance and were let out in no longer than a minute or two by given our booking ref and registration number. We also came back to a flat car battery, called our breakdown company but then cancelled it as we were tracked on CCTV and a helpful guy who worked there came along with a huge battery came and got us going straight away. TIP: always check internal lights are switched off in your car before leaving it parked up for a week!!!

Really pleased with the efficient service we were given, from start to finish the parking of the vehicle to walking to the bus stops which was minutes away to being collected in 5 mins then taken to the airport in 8 mins. No stress, Once holiday done arrival back in the UK a short walk to the bus stop to be efficiently picked up in 5 mins. Dropped off at the bus stop where the car was parked. Couldnt ask for the service to be anymore efficient will most definately use this service again and would most definately recommend it to anybody flying from East Midlands. AWESOME!!!!!

we could not fault anything with the use of the car park, the directions and instructions we were given from go simply were excellent and we couldn't fault anything, the automatic number plate reader didn't read our number plate as we left the car park and said we owed £40 so i pressed the help button and explained to the car park attendant & we gave him our ref number & he appologised & lifted the barrier immediatley, i will definately use go simply everytime i book my car parking from now on, an excellent all round service,

Excellent, except in the dark the pink signs look red. It is confusing to know when to get off. As there are 2 (or maybe 3) car parks numbered 1 and they all have different names I was looking for economy shuttle 1, but it was called something something 1 (can't remember exact name) Very confusing in the dark, especially when pink actually looks red, so we weren't sure if we should get off the bus and then the car park is called something different at the bus stop. Confused. Sort it out! Was easier when it was called 7.............
