One problem, the number plate recognition did not work.Make sure you have your booking reference number.

when leaving the car park and inserting the prepaid ticket it cam up as a sixty pound charge and after some confusion and contacting the help desk the the barrier was lifted so we leave.

really pleased and thought it was value for money. It was very prompt and friendly service. we had no problems what so ever and would highly recomend to others.

you should charge the same all year, or offer customers who have booked before a discount to stop with you

It was easy to find and i liked how when you pulled up and pressed the button to take a ticket that it knew it was my car so getting in and out was very easy. The only criticism i would have is that if you don't look at a million websites for the best price,you end up paying more as my brother paid less than i did for the exact same amount of time we parked for,which is a bit annoying.It should just be the same price for everyone and you shouldn't be punished for not having the time to trawl through hundreds of websites

Short waiting time, good communication from drivers, easy instructions, very secure parking area. Will definitely use this service again.

Paying in advance for the parking at east midlands airport was efficient and fast we encountered no problems it was good to drive to the barrier and gain access with number plate recognision and the same on our return journey the shuttle bus service was also efficient and staff very pleasant , no hasle or problems I would most certainly use this service again and recommend it to other airport users . The arrival process was excellent with a shuttle bus actually waiting for us. The departure was spoilt by the gate demanding a surcharge of £60 in error. Luckily the same had happened to the car in front and the driver advised me how to the phone the attendant who confirmed the mistake and raised the barrier. I hope this error has been ironed out as the last thing you want at midnight is the worry of a delayed departure.

Fairly straightforward process, number plate recognition for entry exit barrier. We didn't have to wait for transfer buses. User friendly, recommended. No reason to pay 2 or 3 times to park a couple of hundred metres closer to the terminal.

We found the shuttle car park brilliant and hassle free, the car parking arrangment i was a little worried about as cars seemed to be parked anywhere, but when we returned my car was fine and i was happy and i had enough room to strap my infant in with out moving my car out of the bay. The bus driver on the shuttle bus was very pleasant and helpful hopefully i will use again.

Would definately use again. Friendly staff, great service and punctual transfers. Great value for money.

Will use this car park again as it is very good value for money. Transfer service is very efficient and we were waiting only a minute or two both on our outbound and inbound journeys. Some of the car parking areas are a bit rough underfoot but not really a major issue. Apparently there is no CCTV coverage but we did see a security vehicle patrolling the car park.

first time using shuttle economy 1 the bus came as we parked the car and a bus was waiting when we came out of the airport on returning home would use again if flying from east midlands

Wouldnot hesitate to use it againe and would recomend it to anyone parking at east midland airport

Easy to find, very short wait for the bus, drivers were polite and helpfull, would use every time.

The time between buses semed a little excessive but that may have been my perception. The fact that returns are froma different stop requires highlighting, we didn't make the mistake but a number of passengers did. The bay for the returns needs clerarer marking we stood on the wro9ng side of the bay.

the transfer takes no more than 5 minutes the bus could wait a little longer at airport for return trip to car park, as we came out from arrivals a bus no more than a third full was pulling away surely the drivers know that two flights had just landed, we had to wait for the next bus wich did leave when full.

5 min transfer good driver cheerfull ahelpfull and on time, its not worth paying more!!!!!!

The bus back to the car park on our return from holiday was a complete waste of time. Believe or not there was nowhere to put your suitcases. I had to sit with mine on my lap. Date of return was 14 Oct 11 at 1330 hrs.
