We (two adults and two children) arrived at 4.00 am expecting to have a bit of a wait in the cold but the bus arrived very quickly. It was clean, warm and swift. It was the same for the return journey. No complaints at all.

The camera didn't recognise my number plate and the machine tried to charge me on the way out when I'd already paid. Staff were on hand at the touch of a button to sort all that out though. I may have been a bit irked though, if I'd been jetlagged and gone and stuck my credit card in the machine and got charged twice. Seems like a very easy mistake to make. Overall ok though. Staff were friendly and helpful and I could understand them! Sometimes a problem when communicating through a tiny speaker in the rain.

Overall, the service was as expected. However, on return from my holiday the transfer bus taking us back to the site had a totally inadequate amount of luggage space for the number of passengers on board. This resulted in blocked gangways and frantic bag sorting at the various stops en route. Why use buses on an airport parking service which aren't suitable for purpose? Secondly, on exit from the car park, the number plate recognition didn't recognise my car number plate. It automatically raised a message time say I owed a further £60! This was resolved quickly by talking with the staff over the intercom and didn't result in any delay. So, all in all a value for money service but could be improved with regard to the transport capacity.

The car park was well sign posted and so easy to find. You park and catch a bus within minutes which drops you a few minutes later 20 metres from the departure lounge. Excellent!

Booking online was easy. Directions to car park were very good, entry(number plate recognition)worked. Finding a space was more difficult with some cars parked over 2 spaces. No personnel from csr park on site to help. When space eventually found transfer to the terminal building was prompt. On return, again transfer was quick and exit from car park (number plate recognition) worked again. Would definitely use again

Easy to find, safe, well lit, made the start of my holiday a very plesant one indeed. Rest assured I will fly from East Midlands again.

We were very happy with the service received Found and parked the car no problem. Transfer happened quickly there and back. The bus was very full on the return leg of the journey. We had no problem exiting the car park and finding our way home, Would recommend it to anyone flying from East Midlands Airport

Helpful staff, prompt shuttle buses to and from the airport. Easy to find the car park and a space, a lot less stressful than expected! Will use again.

It would be better if there was someone there to greet you even if there is a small problem customer service is a must I would look into this !!! But everything else was very good thanks

Long way from terminal but buses were frequent and for once we got a very nice driver!

Booked to park at East Midlands Airport in Shuttle Economy 1 Parking...however when we got there, Economy 1 was shut and was directed into Economy 2 (next lane, right next to Economy 1). The licence plat recognition didnt work though (maybe because we were expected at Economy 1 perhaps?), but this was quickly and efficiently sorted by the pressing the button on the barrier and speaking to the fella at the other end. Bus came straight away both on arrival and departure. No problems had at either end really. good experience. Would use again.

Economy shuttle 1 was further away from the airport than we anticipated but the regular shuttle service was very efficient. The car park is very popular and so we had to hunt for a space. Perhaps allotted spaces would have made the parking easier.

The parking was very easy to locate, the bus drivers were very friendly, there was ample space for luggage. We'd definitely use this service again.

It is an economic option, with good directions the distance is not a big deal.

Everything ran very smoothly , from parking to catching shuttle bus and the same on our return . Very pleased with the service and great value for money , would definitely use again !!!

no issues but had a bit of a problem dragging the cases over the stones in the car park. They really need a sign as you arrive outside the terminal as that wasn't really clear when you've just arrived back from holiday and you're knackered!

It is convinent but service is not cheap compare to some other airport ca park

Even though there were no parking staff on site, the ticket and parking procedure was simple to follow and the bus transfer was quick and efficient. All in all it was good value for money.

The surface of the car park is too short, even for the small car. Moreover the place are badly demarcated. However, it should be noted that the parking staff is friendly and very helpful.
