Immensely impressed - will be using again and would highly recommend !!! Absolutely faultless and a pleasure to deal with Thankyou !!

On arrival I called the assigned number and I was told that my car would be returned within 10 minutes. It was raining and 5 degrees, so I asked if I should wait inside. They reassured me that the car would be outside. Unfortunately they arrived 35!! minutes later. I called and queried the arrival time, customer service was incredibly rude and said that they are not able to tell and I should deal with it. Well, never again. D

They arrived on time and were quick and efficient. My flight was delayed by 6 hours on the return but they did not attempt to charge me for an extra day. Excellent service I would use again. Thank you.

An excellent service, my flight was ahead of schedule and the car was brought back early for me. Very friendly and helpful staff nothing was too much trouble.

The gentlemen was waiting for us when we arrived and swiftly went through the process for return. On return we had collected our luggage and called and the gentlemen was again ready and waiting for us. No waiting, a perfect transition.

No waiting around and car was in the same condition as I left it. Friendy service which I will automatically ue in the future.

We decided to try this service as our return flight got in around midnight and we didn't fancy having to find the car in some distant car park in the middle of the night. We were very pleased with the prompt and courteous service both at leaving the car and picking it up.

We arrived at Birmingham airport half hour early, but rang Meteor 10 mins before arriving, and they were there ready to meet us. Once we checked in at the airport we realised my sister had left her new iphone on the back seat of the car. I rang Meteor, and when we returned 4 days later, not only were they were there waiting for us, but they had locked her iphone in the glove compartment for safe keeping. Excellent service. Trustworthy. Would definitely use again & highly recommend :)

As ever, the service from the Meteor Meet and Greet team at Birmingham was good. The car is always ready when required and has not travelled excessive mileage. The staff are always friendly and polite. I would always recommend Meteor Meet and Greet for Birmingham Airport.
