Arrived at Airport, driver was waiting, in check in queue within minutes. Arrived back from holiday, car was waiting, on motorway within minutes. What more can you ask for especially at 1 in the morning. Would definitely use again.

Contact at airport very difficult to raise on mobile number, both on way out and coming back; however someone was there anr car arrived very quickly. Footwell of passenger side dirty with grass and mud!!??? Contents of boot seem to have been thrown about!!???

This was our first time and won't be the last! We phoned and said we were running 10 mins late arriving and this wasn't a problem. We phoned on arrival and Chauffeur was waiting and very friendly. On our return our flight was delayed an hour but we phoned as soon as we picked up our cases and our car was waiting for us. Brilliant, hassle free and would recommend to anyone especially those with young children.

The extra service I booked was for a valet inside and out. Much more expensive than I usually pay so expected it to be more thorough but it wasn't nearly as good as I usually get. So I would not recommend the valet service even though it is convenient to get it done whilst on a trip.

If you have never experienced meet and greet. Give it a go. I have used this service a number of times and it is excellent for a small amount of extra money. We were late booking but CPS accommodated it. I have a 8 week old baby and the service was amazing. We were met by the man from CPS, telephone call on the way to check we were running to time. A trolly waiting for usto load our cases and the car driven off. We arrived back at 01.00 am and what a relief no messing car outside airport and we drove away 20 mins from landing.

we got to the airport early, and phoned. I thought we would have to wait, but within 2 minutes, we had the driver there, he was so friendly, helped witht eh bags, showd=ed us where to go, and explained what to do when we got back. We found the same quality service on our arrival back to the UK.

Unfortunately our computerised clock and radio were not working when the car was delivered to us, so we have to arrange to get it re-set.We think the battery may have gone flat while parked. It would have been nice to have been informed of this. Appart from that we were very pleased with the whole service. This was the second time we have used this service and will always use it in future.

You must be careful when booking if your flight arrives just before midnight..... the booking form should state clearer that the arrival time of the flight is the return time, NOT the time you expect to pick up the car - allowing for the treck through the airport,collecting luggage etc. Our flight was due in at 23.50 - I put 00.30 as the collection time - and as a result the pick-up details on the documentation were all set for the WRONG DAY... Fortunately the collection driver was very efficient and took the bother to double check the return details with us before we left. It's just a little point in what was otherwise a perfect experience.

we arrived at the terminal on time and i rang the number i'd been given, the driver arrived within two minutes. we unloaded the luggage onto a trolley and that was it. when we returned i rang as we came through customs and we met up with the car and driver right outside the terminal and within five munutes of ringing. we arrived in the uk at 5.15am by 5.30 we were driving home. We were not charged an extra fee for arriving on an early morning flight unlike other parking operators at this airport.

CPS parking is completely brilliant particularly when you have small children and early morning flights. It saves valuable time both ways. The staff are courteous, friendly and prompt. It is the third time we have used CPS and we will continue to do so.

So easy. Just turn up, hand over the car keys, and walk into the departures entrance! When returning, the chauffer didn't ask me for any ID and just handed over the keys, but I guess that was because I had phoned the right number at the right time to ask for the car. I would have been happier, though, if he had asked for ID before just handing over the keys.

First time I've used meet and greet at Birmingham airport although have used several times at other airports (through other companies). This was by far the best. Driver waiting when I got there (10 mins early) and car returned 2 mins after I came out of airport. Excellent.

On arriving at the airport we were standing in the wrong place (our fault!) when we saw two gentlemen wearing CPS uniform. On attracting their attention they quickly came to our aid, got us a luggage trolley and contacted the staff member who was waiting for us. He came straight away to us and took our car as arranged and were quickly into the airport with the minimum of fuss. On our return the flight was delayed. We phoned after clearing customs and our car was delivered to us within a very short time. Excellent service.

Wonderful not to have to search for a parking space. No worrying about finding the car park, managing the luggage, waiting for the courtesy bus. It saved us a good half hour either side of our journey to and from the airport. A great start to our holiday. I would recommend the chauffeur service, collecting and returning the car right outside the drop off area at the airport. Thank you!

I would thoroughly recommend the chauffeured parking service. With 3 small children and loads of luggage, it is invaluable not to have to park in a car park and lug everything onto a bus - and the same for the return journey, especially landing at midnight.

If only the airlines could make travel so simple. The driver was there waiting on time. There was no hassle with the handover. On return the plane was late, but CPS parking knew and were waiting for my call. The car was delivered back in the same condition I left it within minutes of clearing customs. They did exactly what they said they would do and it made the journey to and from an unfamiliar airport so much easier. I will definitely use this service again.

This service is really worth paying for if you have a late or very early flight, or if you have kids, etc. The simplicity of the service takes away some of the stress of the travel, and does save time. The only problem I had (if you can call it a problem), was that several days after booking online and receiving my booking reference number, I received a phone call saying I needed to phone another number to confirm my booking!!! Also, we were running a bit late on the day, and when we phoned the number on the booking form, they gave us a mobile number which we needed to ring - it turned out to be the wrong number (it belonged to an annoyed chap who kept getting loads of calls in relation to the parking), so we rang the office back, and they said it was the right number!! Anyway, we had a few unneccessary calls, but I still do rate the service.
