Driver for car pick up on outward bound journery was half an hour late after four telephone calls. We were asked to move our vehicle by airport wardens and had to drive round block twice. Homeward car dropoff around midnight was excellent, on time and we got away from airport immediately. Would use again.

CPS Personal parking were excellent, and after a long flight home it's great to see your car waiting outside the terminal.

I requested drop off at 9.30am and arrived at that time. No sign of the pick-up chaffeur. I phoned help number but was on hold until my money ran out on the pay phone. Had to get more change to try mobile number, which immediately cut me off and I was out of change again. My car had been left at the drop off point for about 20 mins I was concerned about it being towed. Having checked paperwork again I discovered drop-off time had been set at 10.30am, so I was an hour early - they did not advise this over the phone. Since my airline required check-in 3-hours before hand I wanted drop off at 9.30 as requested. Chaffeur eventually arrived at 10.30, but I was then stuck in massive check-in queue for over an hour. Freephone contact number should be provided and clients should be advised of revisions to requested drop off times!

We were very impressed by the ease of depositing and later regaining our car. The staff member who collected the car was courteous and helpful as was the person who returned it. We will definitely use the service again and recommend it to all family and friends. Absolutely terrific service.

Good service all round but to elaborate on what to do on arrival to airport as wasted over 45mins waiting for driver and started to panic as we should have been checking in. Would however use this service again.

Excellent service, would definitely use Personal CPS Parking again whenever travelling abroad. It took away any last minute hassle starting and finishing off our holiday smoothly.

An excellent value for money service. Why bother with the long hike (usually by bus) to a car park miles from the airport? This has to be the way forward and I would recommend CPS to anyone.

No cons - it obviously costs more than the off site parking - but is actualy cheaper than the NCP 'on site' (which is debatable for Birmingham) long term parking. This is the 3rd time I've used meet and greet type parking and will carry on doing so. The time it saves is worth the money, plus you get a great feeling when you see your (warm) car right by the front door on your exit. The money saving 'off site' parkers had to leave their houses an hour early to find the car park, book the car in, wait for the bus and then travel to the airport on arrival, plus wait in the cold for another bus that takes them back to the off site car park on return -where they then queue up again to get the keys to their cold cars. The final option is to park at th airport, but this is always a coach drive to the airport terminal and in teh case of Birmingham was more expensive than meet and greet.

We have used personal parking before. It is the only way to minimise hassle and carrying of luggage. It also saves time, inbound and outbound! At Manchester, it is a little dearer than other options. At Birmingham Airport, it is twice as much. Even so, once you have used valet parking, you will continue. After all, if you can holiday abroad, what's another £25?. Tom, the employee who dealt with us at Birmingham was great and communicated very well with us at check in.

We were looking out for the rep but were seen first by him as we drove up to the terminal. All went very smoothly and no hassle. I shall use your service again in March.
