Welcomed at Birmingham Airport at easy to find place. Staff wore uniforms and ID cards, friendly and efficient. Felt slightly uneasy as this was the first time I used this service, but they were obviously used to this and while I was there a lot of other people dropping off their cars happily. On the return trip, rang Meteor from the baggage collection and arrived on the airport concourse about 10 minutes later, just in time to see my car being driven forward ready for my collection. It was a perfect service really. The concept is very simple but it works well and helped reduce a lot of the stress of air transfers.

Having used Meet and Greet several times I have found them efficient and helpful and will continue to use their services.

Saves so much of the worry about parking the car......turn up at the departures and depart!

This was the 2nd time we had used the service - no problems at all very efficient. The first time, very heavy rain on out and return, car delayed 10 mins on return due to traffic, otherwise ok. 2nd time car was waiting for us.

Excellent service,easy to use, friendly drivers. Just what you want at the end of your holiday to have your car their waiting for you. This is the 2nd time we've used this service and can find no fault.

Perfect for the outward journey; had to wait a short while on return but accept that the airport was very busy at this time.

fantastic on departure... they were there waiting for us but on return... we phoned when we had collected luggage as requested... upon reaching the meeting point.... NOT our car... brought wrong one... and had to fetch ours.. eventually... stood in cold for 15 mins, with 2 grumpy and cold kids... not the service we had paid for....

As i was travelling on my own i was worried about arriving back in the early hours and having to use the multi storey carpark as i would not have felt safe. Meteor's meet and greet was a great alternative. Having never used this service before i found it incredibly easy with the instructions in my e-mail. The staff were polite, punctual and my car was returned excatly as i had left it. I arrived 30mins early and my car was there waiting for me, how fantastic, especially returning to minus1! I would highly recommend this service, it's great value for money(43.50 for 6 days), stress free and as a woman travelling alone, it was reassuring not to have to go looking for my car in the dark. i will definatley use this service everytime i fly. a fantastic company.

It just takes the hassle out of travelling especially on the return journey were the last thing you want is trapsing about trying to get to and find you car. Service was spot on.

Everything went as planned, it was a joy to have a hassle free end to the holiday and all the staff were friendly and efficient.

Easy to use, punctual and a weight off my mind to be so near to the departure lounge. Loved the quick telephone call and within minutes my car was ready and waiting before we stepped outside enabling us to be on our journey home quickly. Will use this service again and highly reccommend to others.

We were happy with the service and seemed very straightforward to use. Would definitely use again rather than wait late at night for a transfer bus to a distant car park. We were driving out of the airport ten minutes after collecting our luggage.

An excellent service, it really takes the hassle out of parking and we will definitely use it again. Car returned as we left it, no issues with mileage or condition of car and staff were prompt and efficient.

Meteor answered the phone promptly, were waiting at the meeting point when we dropped the car off and the car was waiting for us when we arrived back. Faultless service.

Meteor Meet and Greet Parking makes travelling much less stressful. At the end of a tiring business trip it is great knowing that you don't have to drag your luggage round a huge car park looking for your car. Someone will be right outside the terminal with your car and the keys.
