Nice to be able to park your own vehicle and lock it up knowing it is secure. Staff professional and helpful.

It would be helpful if the car park was numbered in sections, then it could be written onto the card making it easier to find the car on return.

A no nonsense pick up to the airport and transfer bus was waiting for me when we returned. No complaints whatsoever.

The website is well laid out and the carpark location is easy to find. Check-in is quick and transfer to the airport is even quicker! Would definitely recommend it.

Te staff were informative concerning pickup arrangements on return. No delays and was able to park and keep my keys.

Location was easy to find, staff courteous and helpful and facilities secure. On arrival back in NI a quick phone call to Karl to inform them your home and pick up is very quick. It would be worthwhile having the telephone number displayed at the arrivals / pick up area.

dropped off car at 03.15am staff very polite and helpfull. as i was travelling with two girls (4yrs & 1oyrs) by myself the help with my suitcases was very much apprrieciated. Full instructions on our arrival back at airport was given. however on our arrival back to airport the phone call was made and we were picked up but staff member very abrupt because had to go up next isle to let us out of bus as i couldnt manage suitcases on my own with 2 children

this was the cheapest car parking I found, great value for money. thanks easy to find friendly service safe area, no worries about leaving the car there will def use again in future

When I arrived at the car park I only had to wait five minutes before the bus arrived and took me to the airport. On my return I phoned the car park and within five minutes I was seated in the bus while the driver loaded the luggage. I can recommend this service for it's speed and value for money.

It was our first experience to travel from Belfast airport. We were anxious about car parking and found Karl parking very convenient. They gave us very accurate directions to their location. Would not hesitate to recommend Karl parking.

We arrived outside the check in office in the middle of a torrential downpour but apart from having to wait in the car until the rain eased off, the check in went smoothly. You do need your reference number from the confirmation email and, there is a small additional charge (£2) which is levied by the airport. The minibus driver transferred our suitcases to the coach and took them off again when he dropped us off just outside the terminal building. On our return the minibus was there within five minutes of phoning and the lady who answered my call gave clear directions to where we would be picked up - again it was just outside the terminal entrance where we had been dropped off. I am well pleased with the Karl car park and will use them again. It is also very good value compared to the other options which are a little nearer to the airport but it takes less than ten minutes to transfer between Karl and the airport.

This was the first time using Karl service was very professional, punctual and the staff very helpful and friendly will definitely use them in future

The best thing to say abour KARL is that the staff are very friendly and chatty. We had to wait five to ten minutes both on departure and arrival but that was a small price to pay for a substantial reduction on airport parking charges.

Karl car park is very safe and excellent value for money. Staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. On my return my car battery was dead and it was no problem or hassle to them in helping me get going again.

On arrival at Karl Airport Parking, we were greeted outisde the office by a friendly shuttle bus driver. I was instructed to report to the office whilst he seated my passenger in the bus and unloaded the luggage from my car. After reporting to the office and paying the necessary £2 fee for airport charges, the driver then directed me to a choice of 2 parking spaces and collected me from my chosen parking space. The transfer to the airport took 5 minutes (approx) and the driver unloaded the luggage from the shuttle bus. We had a short distance to walk from the coach park to the terminal entrance. On return from holiday, I telephoned the office after we collected our luggage. The office provided clear instructions for our pick-up point i.e the coach park. The wait for the shuttle bus was less than 10 minutes and bus shelters were available for waiting. After checking our details, the driver loaded our luggage and returned us to our car within 10 minutes. There were a number of passengers on the shuttle bus and the driver took everyone to their individual cars. He then unloaded the luggage for each passenger and was even kind enough to put our luggage in the car. This was my first time using Karl Aiport Parking and it was very positive experience. My initial reasons for choosing this parking service were that I could keep my own car keys and that it was good value for money. Karl Airport Parking provided a first rate service. The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. The secure parking area is out of sight from the roadside. The parking surface is in good condition, with parking spaces lined out in alphabetic rows. I will definitely use this service again and would highly recommend it.

The staff at karl parking were very helpful. Very efficient service. There was no long waiting for transport either to nor from the airport. On return they even gave assistance with a flat tyre. I will definately use their service again.
