Very straight forward to book online, close to the airport,excellent value for money, good customer service and quick transfers. Ill be using red cent parking again

Our flight was delayed arriving at near 11.00 pm It was necessary to phone for coach, but no phone is available at pick up point, if you do not have a Mobile you must return to the Terminal Building. This is not clear to 1st time users. Coach was slow to arrive.

helpful staff, prompt transfer to airport when we arrived at red cent office and dropped off directly outside entrance of airport which was good. On our return there was a slight delay in pick up but that may have been due to volume of passengers but it was nothing too much - about 15-20mins. Car was easily found in red cent car park and keys were waiting for us when we arrived back at the office. Very good value for money and would definitely recommend to friends and use again.

Everything was ok, no problem really, just that when I was taken back to the car park and given my keys I should have made sure I knew which direction to start walking (with my suitcase)to find my car!

This was my first time using Red Cent Parking,on my arrival I found the staff very helpful. After signing the car in I was very quickly boarded onto the transfer coach and taken to the airport as the staff parked my car. On my return a simple phone call and the coach was dispatched to collect me this took around fifteen minutes which is within reason, as this was my first time I found the whole setup very good and value for money I will use Red Cent the next time I make a trip. When we arrived at 5am there was chaos --- only one staff member on duty,no space available to park our car (we were advised to leave it on the road and it would be parked for us later), we had to wait in the rain.When the mini-bus arrived we were kept waiting over 1/2 hour (one couple got off the mini-bus and drove their own car to the airport). Step up into bus was very high, when commented on to the driver he told us we should have asked for a step.We feel this should have been provided without asking (how did we know there was a step available? ) We will not be using Red Cent Parking again.

I was concerned that the car park was too far from the airport but on the day I found it was easy to locate, the bus was waiting as soon as I had the car booked in, and we were in the airport 10 mins later - brilliant service. I'll definitely use this car park again.

Nothing negative to say about Red Cent. My only comment is about simplyparking.co.uk itself - your website service claims to find you the best available price, yet I saw a large sign for a cheaper, albeit only slightly cheaper, car park when I was there. Does your service just apply to those car parks that sign up to your website or is it an exhaustive service monitoring the prices at airports? I would have assumed the latter from your strong presence on Google and wording of your site. Not so sure now and less trusting of you.

Using the simplyparking site was very quick and easy. We chose Red Cent because it was the cheapest. However I feel that the service we received was as good as any of the dearer ones we have used in the past. We will definitely us Red Cent again.

A good 1st time experience. Company and staff very friendly and enthusiastic but still a little amateurist in this field of work. But saying that they can only improve. Will use again.

This was 1st time using this service and was very impressed. Was over 50% cheaper than on site car park yet was picked up quickly and my car was sitting ready for me to drive off in. Staff were friendly and courteous. No hesitation in recommmending this service and will certainly use it again in the future.

i booked late but there was no issue about this, arrived at 3.15am and was dealt with promptly and inefficiently. bus was ready to take us to air port and left us to the door. Car was kept safe for the week and we were collected following our trip, again no issues, will use this service from now on! thanks JB

It was a great experience, we got to the airport quickly and on the way back got picked up quickly to find our car already waiting for us when the bus arrived back at the car park. Pity the plane wasn't as good it was delayed by 3 hours.

On outbound trip the coach had a flat rear wheel. Apparently no other coach or spare wheel was available,therefore the journey to the airport was made on the wheel rim with the tyre ripped apart. This was obviously dangerous experience and could have had serious consequences

i found the staff friendly and helpful,but i thing they are over charging for a simple car wash so needless to say when i picked my car up it was filthly a handy tip, you know when people are arriving have their cars out the front ready for them to go and if you could give them a quick wash am sure they would come back again.the van that picked us up was very cramped on luggage room the bags were just thrown on top of each other and to be picked up in a blue grotty looking van , the inside was clean but it just looked grotty and cheap and it did not have any logos on the side to let you know it was red cent car park transport.other wise i quite liked red cent parking , would i use it again , Yes,

Best value for money at Belfast airports - price is well below competitors (makes a pleasant change!). Good experience all round - no annoying delays for transfers. Location was easy to find.

Would certainly use Red Cent again. We arrived back at 2.30am after collecting luggage and ringing to let them know we were picked up within 10mins. Great service.

Seemed very efficient. On my return, I waited less than 10 minutes for the transfer bus. Only one very minor negative: We were on the way to the airport in the transfer bus when one of the passengers remembered that they had left some documents in their car. The appropriate response of the driver would have been to drop off the other passengers and then return to the park to collect the documents rather than delay the majority. Instead, he returned to the park with a full load of passengers. In the event, my plane was delayed and this did not cause a problem but, for passengers on a tight timetable, it could have done.

very good service only drawback arrived at night and transfer bus drove off from airport when we were only yards away from it and had to wait another 10/15 mins.thought driver should have been notified we were to be picked up.overall excellent service and we will definitely return and recommend to anyone.

I will definintely use this car parking again - and have (since I've returned) passed on their phone number to friends & family - they are very competitive with regards to their weekly/daily rate, and were helpful and friendly. We had a little trouble finding their site, but now I know where they are, I shall be returning!
