A faultless experience - the staff were exceptionally helpful, it was incredible value for money and our car had been driven to the gate when we returned, so we didn't have to go looking for it - will definitely be using Red Cent Parking again in the future!

My wife suffers from slight back problems and found it a little difficult getting in and out of the minibus. Could we suggest some steps or similar access.

When we arrived at 03.30 we were met by operator, car was booked in, cases put into van and we were on our way within ten minutes. When we arrived back to airport we phoned car park by the time we had our bags and went to pickup point we had no longer than five minutes to wait, what about that for service, we will be back.

Although value for money and the fact that the staff are very friendly, we found the coach to be pretty basic. Also the fact that the office and waiting area is a portakabin and is also very cold and draughty is a bit of a let down. We also had to wait in biting wind, cold and rain at the designated bus shelter for 25 minutes on our return. The value for money would need to be weighed up in future with the convenience of having your vehicle waiting in the nearby carpark. Although in fairness our trip was in winter and we may have had a better experience if it was summertime.

We were travelling later than we intended with luggage and two small children and your organisation helped us get to the carpark with directions by phone and then helped us quickly transfer to the Red Cent transport and got us to the airport in good time even though we were panicking! I would recommend you to anyone and will use you again in future. Happy Christmas and a Prosperous 2008.

Cheap and cheerful. Cheaper than others, and cheerful as the staff were pleasant and helpful (even at 5.30am) and made my first experience of not parking in an airport car park a good one. I didn't have to wait long for the minibus to come after using the contact number and when I got to the car park there was no hanging about as my car was sitting ready to go. Thanks to the Red Cent staff who looked after me.

Very pleasant and helpful staff - even at 06.30hrs! On our return, the coach arrived to pick us up within about 5 minutes - another couple who were with a different company were at the meeting point before us and were still there when we were picked up. We will definitely use Red Cent again and will be happy to recommend them to others.

Easy to find and only 5 minutes from airport. Arrived, parked up, booked in and was immediately taken to the airport. On return I was asked to wait for about 10 minutes then picked up and car had been brought up to reception waiting for me. For £3 a day? Bargain! I'll definitely use again.

Transfer to airport was ok but mini-bus had no storage for suitcases, you need to add about 15mins to your time plan, On retuun we had a long wait on the mini bus after we phoned the office about 40mins, this is frustrating as all you want to do is get home.

3 women passengers were left to try to shut heavy door on van which was not co operating. Driver made no effort to check this door was secure before driving off and it came open along the road. Deep step up/down to rear of van was difficult for several women passengers including myself. Despite disabled badge displayed vehicle parked as far away as could have been and left to drag suitcase back to it on return without any offer of assistance.

Found the airport with no problems when arrivied the man carried my bags to bus. Checked in great laugh with staff. Staff couldn't be more helpful. On return phoned to get picked up and they were there in 5mins. Car waiting for me when i got of bus. Will be using this car park again. Great

The service was friendly and we were taken to the airport immediately. On return I had to phone for be collected but the taxi arrived very quickly. The only downside was the poor lighting where my car was parked but this could easily be sorted for the future.

We have used various parking facilities around Belfast International and for the cost of Red Cent parking this was by far the best. The Staff were very friendly and made our travel to and from the airport very straight forward. We will definetly be using them in future.

Transfers good. Down side - Went into office to get keys for my car, waited 3/4 min, guy came in from next door to me was asleep. Got keys, did not show me where car was parked. Not very professional. As I travel 3/4 times a year I dont think I will use Red Cent Parking again.

Excellent service at the best price. I recommend it to any fellow traveller.

Driver remembered my first name! Very impressive! Also, on our return our battery was dead and the Red Cent boss himself jump started the engine!

Fantasic value for money and good service, and of course close to the airport. The pickup from airport was also very fast and friendly.

Arrived at carpark, parked my car, short walk to office, handed in keys, driver loaded luggage, boarded coach off to airport! From arriving at car park to airport doors 10 mins! Great! When I arrived back from hols and collected my cases I phoned carpark, the coach was there in five mins, at car park my car was waiting for me outside office! Again the driver loaded my luggage into my car..fantastic!10/10.

Helpful staff with a "can do" attitude. Rapid response to my telephone call for pickup on our return. Transfer vehicles professionally turned out and driven. Exceptional value all round. All things considered, I have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone!

First time use of this facility as internet booking of the "usual" site indicated no availability. At £15 for the week and an excellent shuttle service what more can you ask for!
