An excellent service. I was taken to the airport as soon as I arrived at Red Cent and was collected within minutes even though my return flight had arrived early. I will definitely be using the service again.

We were transferred immediatly on arrival at car park. On arrival inbound to airport called when we collected out luggage and went to the meeting point and were picked up 5 mins after arriving there. Good service for the price and we would use them again.

Great value compared to other parking rates. Transfers to and from the airport were quick and efficient. Would definately recommend and will be using again

Excellent value for money and excellent service. I had a returning flight from Newcastle on the same day (approx. 8 hours) and it only cost £3 for parking. In the airport by comparison it would have cost me near £20. The shuttle service is also very efficient as it is only a few minutes away from the airport itself and constantly running to and from the airport. I will definitely use them again in the future. Also there is no charge to use the shuttle service so you dont need to get an over-priced black taxi.

On arrival at the facility the staff were helpful and courteous. The transfer to the aeroport was available immediately and only a five minute drive. The transport on the return journey was waiting in the carpark when we arrived. Could not ask for better.

Other than being difficult to find when we were dropping the car off, I found Red Cent to be great value for money and a friendly and realiable service which I intend to use again.

Arrived at the portacabin at 4:30am in storm-force winds with driving rain to find that it was locked! The minibus with the only member of staff on duty arrived about 10 mins later and we got the car booked in. The minibus was new and fairly clean and the journey to the airport terminal was fine but we were less than impressed by the less-than-friendly customer service. But then I suppose, what do you want for £15? In summary; cheap, no-frills airport car parking, which is what we wanted.

Arrived in the middle of the night and was dealt with swiftly and professionally. Good standard of transport to airport and on return phoned to say we had arrived back and was collected in minutes. Definately recommend and will use in the future. Great value

Service was excellent from ease of booking on line to price to turning up and getting the car booked in and service getting us to the airport. The driver was chatty and polite and no hiccups whatsoever. The return was equally as pleasant. One call, driver and bus turned up. Plenty of chat and update from driver. The car was even parked at the front waiting for us! A great experience and will use it again.

We were unsure about changing from the Airport Long Stay & other private car parks close to the airport as my wife has walking limitations. We did not need to worry. Our experience was excellent with staff friendly and very courteous. On our return we only had a very short wait for the coach in the short stay car park waiting area. I will be using Red Cent again and avoid paying the exhorbitant prices for poor service in other airport car parks

Excellent service and great value for money. We didn't have to wait long for the transfer bus either way. Only added 20 minutes to our journey time both ways. Would definitely use them again.

The place is easy to find. The staff were very helpful. There were no problems going to the airport and when we arrived back I phoned and the bus arrived within 10 minutes. My husband complained it took 10 minutes because the weather was bad but on the whole it was the service was good and I will be using them again next time we fly from there.

Very efficient service. Coach there immediately to take us to the airport, and on our return trip they were there within 5 minutes of me calling them to pick us up. Very good value for money.

The price was far cheaper yet the service was great. We only had to wait 2 minutes for the bus on the way and not at all on the way back! Staff were very helpful! The only downside was the ramp at the entrance/exit was a little high and scraped the bottom of the car. Having said that I would use again but would be wary of the ramp!

All in all a very good service at a commendable price. I turned up at 6am.,checked my vehicle in and within 5 minutes was transferred to the airport by minibus. On my return, the minibus was waiting directly outside the terminal exit doors and I was on my way home probably quicker than had I been parked in the local long stay carpark.

red cent has 24hr staffing and is located 5 mins from airport with a tarmac surface and a well lit compound. the pickup and dropoff was flawless and at £14 for 6 days it was less than half the price of some of its competitors. i would definately choose them again

The transfers were quick and easy and the customer service was far better than I could have hoped for. I highly reccomend Red Cent Parking and I, as a frequent flyer, will continue to use them

The transfer from car park to airport was quicker than viceversa. I would advise users to ensure that they phone for the shuttle as soon as they see their luggage on the conveyor belt.

Car park staff were both friendly and courteous. No waiting about either on departure or on arrival. Would certainly use this car park again as it is good value for money.

There was no toilet facility available at Red Cent car park,when I asked the person on duty to use the toilet he said there was none available,I asked what the staff used he said they used a toilet owned by another company down the yard.
