We had a 5-10 minute wait for the minibus to collect us from the airport - we were the lucky ones, a family of 5 were left behind as there was no more room on the bus. The car park was very badly lit - our car was in a particularly dark spot and the directions given to find it were wrong. But on the plus side it was cheap!

The main comment I would have is signage from the main road. There were no signs for Red Cent parking until we turned off the main road into the side road. Fortunately we had gone the previous week to check everything out, this meant there were no delays on the day of our trip. Other than that we have no comment to make other than the service was good, the staff were friendly, the parking facilities were well laid out. We would use Red cent again when travelling providing they still work out to be the cheapest. For your reference, I googled parking on the web to find the cheapest parking

I tried a number of other carparking providers before and this one was the best value for money. The only problem is it is not well sign-posted of the main road to the airport - some sort of signage before the turn-off would be very helpful especially at night.

The service was great, we were brought to the airport straight away on arrival at the car park and then the bus picked us up straight away on our arrival at the airport. Couldn't fault this service at all ! Will definitely use it in the future.

We were transported to the airport and collected again extremely punctually. This is excellent holiday carparking at a really competitive price. I would most definitely use Red Cent again next year.

The map on the internet was very vague and we had trouble finding the car park which was stressful at 4.30a.m.

We came across Red Cent on internet. Never parked off site before at airport. So glad we did. Fantastic service. No problems encountered at all. All staff were very helpful and it was great to get off plane and just get straight onto bus. Our car was waiting for us and we were on the way home within 20 minutes of leaving the airport. Red Cent couldn't have been more helpful and it all ran very smoothly. Would definatley use again next year. Fabulous.

The whole car parking experience was very good. We returned to the airport at 2.45 am, yet were collected within 5 minutes of calling for a pickup. Upon our return to the car park, our car was beside the reception and the staff member quickly returned us the car keys. I would highly recommend Red Cent and will definitely use them next time.

First time I have used Red Cent Parking and I shall certainly be using you again. Service was excellent and transfers between park and airport were faultless on both outgoing and incoming journeys.

my first time using this carpark i found it well priced and value for money and just as good as the more expensive carparks i will use it again in the future

The driver and other staff were most courteous and very helpful indeed. this was all the moreso since we arrived home just after the very heavy rain and as the roads were flooded we were given every assistance to get back to our cars. I will definitely use Red Cent in the future.

We found Red Cent parking very good value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our flight home was delayed by an hour but we only had to make a quick phone call and the bus was there within 10 mins. Overall, Red Cent offer a very efficient service and we will be using them again.

Easily found carpark using directions provided on website. Were transferred to terminal almost immediately - dropped off right outside the doors. On our return a bus was waiting (right outside doors again), no hanging about, brought straight away to collect our car. A quick, reliable and friendly service - great value for money, would definitely use again :-)

Not the easiest to find first time. Good transfer, close to airport and much cheaper than some other competitors.

Found the carpark easily with directions provided by staff. The transfer bus was clean and the driver friendly. The only fault we found was that on return from holiday you could be the first to arrive at the pick up point and to contact Red Cent but the bus driver doesnt seem to be aware of the order in which the customers have arrived and if there are too many people for the bus you could be left behind waiting on next bus even though you were first there. This didnt actually happen to us because we pushed ourselves forward but felt that if the driver had been provided with names this would not have been necessary. On return to the car park picking up the car ran smoothly.

I booked in at 03.30 and was expecting the staff to be tired and grouchy, but instead they were very helpful and even had time for a laugh. After i had handed my keys into reception i was expecting to have to wait on the bus but it was all ready there and the driver had already loaded all my family's bags into the back of the bus. Transfer time was excellent and we were at the airport in no time. It was a good start to my holiday and i felt that i had made an excellent decision to chose red cent for my holiday parking. Next time i need airport parking i will make sure i use Red Cent. EXCELLENT.

A fast cheap and efficent alternative to parking right at the airport. Would have no problem reccomending red cent to family and friends.

First time we have used Red Cent Parking and will be glad to do so again. Everything went incredibly smoothly. We arrived, handed over the car keys and were immediately transferred to the airport. On our return the minibus arrived promptly and we picked up the car without any problems. Since using Red Cent I have recommended it to friends who are looking for secure car parking close to the airport at a competitive price.

Everything went like clockwork, no waiting around and much better value for money than the on-airport sites we used to use. We will be back next year for sure.
