At least as good a service as any of the more expensive providers, at half the cost. Friendly desk staff.

I booked online and when I arrived staff were expecting me and we were off to the airport in minutes. On return I telephoned after caliming baggage and was told the minibus was over at the airport so I made my way to the short stay carpark where the bus was already there. When we got to the car park the keys were ready and I was on the raod in minutes with no fuss. Would definitley recommend.

At half the price of on-site car parks this was just as handy and the bus service took us promptly in to the airport. Will definitely use again.

I would recommend red cent parking to any of my family or friends. We arrived at 5.30 in the morning and within ten minutes were on our way to airport. When we returned from our holiday the bus was waiting to take us back to our car.

staff were very good.and efficient.only problem was on arrival back at belfast airport the driver was nasty and abrupt.

Was my first time parking anywhere but McCauslands and it was fine. Had to build in a bit more time as they were very busy when I arrived. But the service was good and you end up nearer the terminal with these guys than with McCauslands! Great value for money, easy to find. Will use again

Its located about 3.2 mi (6-8min drive) away form the airport, so bear in mind you have to be a bit early before departure. The shuttle bus will take you to and back form the airport. Waiting time is up to 15 min. I've parked there twice already and so far always happy.

we arrived at the car park and we were taking straight away to the airport on return (1 am) we rang as soon as we were at baggage and transfer coach was waiting when we got to the exit my brother uncle and sister have all used it since then all delighted

Booking and payment was easy over the internet. Drove up, removed bags and put on waiting transfer bus, and completed paper work in less than 5 minutes. We were dropped off at the front of the airport terminal. Pick-up was equally painless and the car was ready and waiting no more than 10 minutes from leaving the airport. Much, much, better value than LT parking at the airport.

Red Cent Parking is great value for money They need to ensure there is a sign off the main road though directing you into the Business Park they are located within. In the dark, if you do not know the area well or where they are located, it can be difficult to find.

Red Cent Parking is excellent value for money and handy to the airport. My only concern is when you return you phone and wait for the bus as expected. The bus can only hold about 15 passengers so if there are a lot waiting and you are number 16 you have to wait for the bus to come around again. Not a big problem but a pain if you have just arrived after a long flight.

Red Cent is an excellent car park to use. It is only 5 minutes from the airport and the service was just what I needed.

Arrived in the early hours of the morning and had an immediate transfer to the airport. Driver very nice fella. On the way back at lunchtime, had to wait for a second bus as the first was full. But considering the price difference between the airport and Red Cent could not complain. Only had to wait 10 mins. If only thing is that I didn't know where to go to get the bus back. (short stay car park) Will use without doubt again.

We were a bit apprehensive about finding Red Cent, but we found it easily. When we arrived we found that the staff we waiting for us and just took our car and parked it for us. We then got the minibus immediately to the airport. On our return journey we called to say that we had collected our luggage and they came to pick us up within 5 minutes. Overall the service was great and we would definitely use again..Thanks

When we arrived the car park was full but the attendant had no problem in looking after our car while space was being cleared by others arriving home from holiday. We had prompt transfers by minibus to and from the airport and our car was waiting for us on our return - we didn't have to go looking for it in a large car park.

The procedure for leaving the car worked well. We were at the airport within a few minutes. On Arrival back in Belfast we phoned Red Cent and joined the others at the shelter in the Short Stay Car Park. The minibus had already left Red Cent and was with us in a couple of minutes. The only thing that I would say is that I think that customers should be collected from the car park in the order in which they phone Red Cent. Some customers arrived after us and got straight on the bus when it arrived, leaving others to wait for the next minibus. I think that this would require Red Cent to be a little more organised but would be fairer all round. Otherwise the experience was good.

The distance from the airport meant that there was a wait for the shuttle bus - but the price deal was significantly better at that time, so it was worth it.

My ony problem was waitng to be transferred to and from the Airport terminal but weighing that inconvenience with cost still menas I would not have any hesitation using the facilities again.

Red Cent car parking was excellent. Transfers were quick and efficient. The car parking costs is very competitive. One suggestion - supply directions from Derry/Londonderry as well as Belfast end. Would use Red Cent again and would recommend it to friends.
