Friendly efficient staff. We only had to wait 5 minutes to be picked up following our return flight. My only concern was that some of the parking surface was very uneven, and as my walking and balance is not great- I was concerned that I might fall.

I'm a frequent flyer and I have used this car park a few times now and always received excellent service although my recent experience was not as good. When I phoned the office to get picked up I was told to ring back. After my second phone call I ended up having to wait another 15-20 minutes on the bus to pick us up from the terminal building. Although the pick up area is covered it was freezing and the ground had flooded! (This is an issue for the airport - the long stay car park in the airport also floods) It took an hour from landing until I was driving out of the car park which was all I needed after a long day travelling with extremely bad delays (there was no delays with bags at the airport) - this is the biggest disadvantage with using this car park. All this aside I would use the service again as compared to airport prices the service is excellent value for money.

Quick, easy and very cheap compared to main airport providers. Have already booked my next trip in Red Cent

Even travelling at 3am with a young baby and the extra luggage that goes with it,I found it a very straight forward experience.The place was easy to find,with a nice new office and pleasant staff.The transfer to airport was prompt,about 5mins in total,in a clean,modern minibus.There was a slight wait to be picked up on our return,but the buses are bright red and easily recognisable. Would reccommend them to anyone.

Upon arriving in Belfast we had to wait for approx 30mins for the bus. This was too long even considering the distance to the car park.

On our return we had a flat tyre. Staff inflated the tyre and we were on our way within 10 minutes. Will definitely use these people again.

Our experience with Red Cent car parks was a very positive one. Staff were friendly and efficient(even at 5am). Drop off and pickup were speedy. We will certainly be recommending red cent to our friends!

I travel to Spain regularly throughout the year, the car parks at the airport are becoming more and more expensive. This was my first experience, with Red Cent, OK you may have to wait 5-10 minutes for the bus, but I saved over 50% compared to the prices charged by the other companies. This adds up to a lot of money over the year, for very little inconvenience - highly recommended.

Although the facilities were fairly basic this was far outweighed by the service offered, I arrived at shortly after 5.00am that this wasn't a problem says it all.

A very convenient and cost-effective car-parking solution. I have no hesitancy in recommending Red Cent to friends and family.

Congested car handling area on arrival, would be better if cars could get a ticket at entrance gate and go directly to a parking slot, then finish off the admin.

Friendly and courteous staff. Facilities being upgraded at this recently established business. Only 5 mins from the airport so no probs. Car was out waiting for us, even though it was in the wee small hours. Great value for money and the cheapest - why go anywhere else!

i really found red cent carparking great,the bus men to and from the airport where really friendly and helpful,when we arrived back in belfast all we had to do was ring and there were straight out for us.i really found this useful as i had a child at 8 months and we hadnt to wait long for the bus to take us back,the man put our suitcases in to our car when we got back to the carpark,which i found really helped.i would definetly come back to this carpark in the near future and would recommend it for all ages.

All went very smoothly with a quick turn around between leaving the car and transfer to the terminal building. User friendly booking arrangement. I will use this facility in the future. I was well pleased with the cost of parking.

Fast and efficient service. Was a bit apprehensive about using this park as had been regular customers of another longer established one nearer to the airport. Found it met our needs and a lot cheaper!

This is the best car-parking we have ever used (we are regular travellers). Even at 4am the staff were friendly, helpful and got us very rapidly to the airport. Upon our return in the early hours, our pick-up arrived within 5 minutes of our call. Absolutely brilliant.

This service was great value for money and transfers in both directions were prompt.Cusomer service wasn't too good but then again the price I paid made up for that.

On arrival we were told we had just missed the coach and it would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later the minivan arrived. Other than the time exaggeration we had no other problems with drop off. Our problem was on return. We phoned after we had collected our luggage, they said it was on it's way back to Red Cent and they'd radio it to return. We stood outside (thankfully it was a nice day) for 20 minutes with no sign of it. My husband phoned while i looked after our two small children to be told it should be there any minute. 5 minutes later we spotted the Red Cent minivan in the short stay car park but by the time we realised that it was the Red cent one it had driven off. We phoned again to be told that we should have been standing in the short stay car park (nobody had told us that before) and that they'd radio the minivan to turn around and come back. A further 25 minutes later and with a full van full of people it returned, i.e. they never bothered radioing. In total from the first phone call to say we were ready for collection it took an hour for us to be picked up. This was not the end of the story. When we got back to the car park we had to queue at reception to get our keys and we were hit with the question "did you happen to see where your car was parked when you drove in" i.e. we have no idea where it's parked. They 'thought' it might be at the far end so we had to go hunt for it ourselves. I would strongly discourage anyone to use this car park, unless they have plenty of patience and take everything they say with a pinch of salt. Do not use it if you have small children. They only have one minivan and if you miss it then it's a long wait until the next one. I will not be using them again.

On the map it was hard to find when coming down the seven mile straight. I missed the little side road leading to the main airport road, as it appeared to be a cross roads and not an actual underbridge which is not shown clearly on the map.
