your company should have a policy of driver collection only on return. Then people queing for the bus would not be annoyed.

carpark was easy to find etc however on returning the transter from airport to carpark was ridiculous and dangerous. There wasnt any system for first come first served, so everyone got into 9 seater minibus, meaning there were 17 people in it with 9 people on the middle seat meant for 3. I found this unacceptable, especially with 3 children of my own totally squashed and all sitting on one adult knee. only matter of time before an accident happens. The drived needs to take more control of who is gettin on.

GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY The car park is not tarmaced so it's hard on the cases. It would be a good to have your car brought back to the office where it was dropped off.

give yourself lots of time as most people take all the family and bagage to the carpark to be tranfered to and from the airport and this means the buses fill up very quick,this is not however the fault of the park . The park is well kept and good space between cars ,I will be using this carpark again....

arrived 1 hour before check in and car was booked in within a few minutes by friendly and efficient staff. bus took us to the airport and helped to load/unload luggage. when we arrived back from holiday we phoned the car park and the bus arrived within 10 minutes. excellent service overall

I found the service Courteous and well run. The transport to and from the Airport efficient and very little time was wasted wiating around. I would definitely use the service again and would recommend it to others.

Red Cent Car Parking near Belfast International Airport provides a friendly and very efficent service. Shuttle buses run regularly with little or no waiting time both en route to the airport and when returning home.The price has got to be the best it though, it's just so much cheaper than parking on site at the airport.

Car park easy to find. Staff were there straight away to help and bus brought us straight over. On our return bus was at airport and we just hopped on no problem, 5 minutes from airport. Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a try, so much cheaper than the rest and no problems at all.

I found this car parking company to be great.My car was safe and secure,the staff were pleasent and transport to and from the airport was good. I will use this company when I am flying out of the country again.

had reservations not having used a car park outside the airport before. Was really surprised by the friendly professionalism of the staff. With kids in tow we really do not want any hiccups, Red Cent give a complete service on the way there and on our return they were at the meeting place within minutes. A friendly face and a chat makes all the difference especially after dealing with surprisingly dour faced airport staff. Many Thanks will definately be back. Well Done

I will use Red Cent again. The car was secure people there all the time. We were given a lift to airport 5 minutes after arriving and the same on returning. Far cheaper than using the airports own car parks. I will definately use Red Cent again.

I can strongly recommend parking at Red Cent. Everyone we met before and after our holiday was pleasant, helpful and very efficient. I intend to use the facility every time I travel.

Premises are very well maintained, instantly felt happy leaving my car for a week. I checked in at 4am and staff were very polite and helpful. Travel to and from the airport was comfortable with waiting time limited. On return from my holiday staff were more than helpful. My car was flat on my return, staff were very helpful ensuring my car was running before I made my final journey home. Over all a very stress free expereince. Thanks!

On arrival at red cent, the procedure for dropping off our vehicle was simple and well organised. Staff were very pleasant and the transfers both to and from the airport were quick and punctual. I will certainly use red cent again!

Easy to find with signposts and directions, busy but did not have to wait about to be the airport.Staff friendly while on our return one phone and we were lifted within minutes "only a couple of minutes to carpark from the airport. All in all great value for money.

When I booked my car in, I was given a card with a phone number to ring on my return so that I could be collected. On my return, I rang the number on the card only to find the number was not in use: I had to ring another number which was on the card for use if the bus was unavailable. On collecting my baggage I waited for the bus in the area where other buses collect passengers who have parked in holiday car parks omly to be told by a driver frm anoher company that Red Cent do not pick up from that area. There was another couple waiting with me who were also Red Cent customers, so clearly Red Cent had not told us where we would be collected.

This was a straight forward internet booking, straight forward to find, transfers to airport etc. Nothing else to add! Will use again.

Very friendly sevice and appeared professional. cars easily accesible andwe did not have to wait more than 5minutes on the homeward journey.

On way to airport only 5 mins after arriving & picked up after flight after 10 mins. have had to wait longer for the on site car parks before. Excellent service will use again.
