Very pleasant drivers, response to telephone call on our return very speedy and no hanging about. all helped shorten the travel time. Recommend using this service and very good value for money.

Returned early from trip and was unaware should have advised them of this and realistically would have had no opportunity to do so anyway, as a result bus driver was quite rude

Everything was fine and at a very good price the only draw back was that one of the transfer drivers had obviously been smoking in the mini-bus which transfered us and it was not a great experience for a non-smoking family to be in this sort of an environment.

The coach transfer was a bit of a free-for-all, however that is more to do with the the ignorance of the people using the service than Red Cent. Perhaps if there was some sort of queue order or ticketing this would help. That said Red Cent were quick to put on another coach. If you're happy to speak up and confront queue-jumpers it's not a problem.

I used this service as I could not get into my usual car park. It was a good experience but there was an unnecessary delay in getting back from the airport. A better queing system is needed and more regular busses. Other than that a good value for money service

i was very happy with my experience. the staff couldn't have been more helpful. i had no problems but when i returned they were jump starting a customer's car which was very reassuring as you never know when it'll be your turn!!

Transferred to and from the airport really quickly. Would recommend this car park and will be using it again.

Not enough space on bus to return to car park. as I had phoned as instructed, I assumed the bus would return for my party - waited 1/2 hour and no bus, about to go back and phone again when another couple arrived who had just phoned, bus arrived.

We found the staff, facilities and value for money excellent and would not hesitate in recommending Red Cent Parking Belfast to other travellers.

What a pleasure to get value for money. This is a great service. It only cost me £36.00 for two weeks parking!I only hope that they will keep it that way.

Good service from friendly staff. we arrived very early in the morning( 4.00am) and were processed very quickly at the site and transferred to the airport within minutes.On our return we followed the instructions given by the company and were picked up witghin minutes again. would use again and will recommend Red Cent.

Very good service especially as our return flight was delayed by almost seven hours. There was no problem getting picked up at the terminal.

We booked our two cars into the Red Cent car park prior to our summer holiday. The directions to the car park were excellent. We booked the cars in at the office,the keys were tagged and we were immediately taken on a minibus to the airport. The service provided on our return was instant, no waiting around.

We found the staff extremely friendly and efficient. We only had to wait a few minutes for the bus to pick us up at the airport. I would definately use them again and recommend them to friends.

easy to follow directions fast tranfer and no waiting when we returned as bus was already waiting for us. would highly recommend.

No problem when we arrived at 4am to go to the airport but on our return there was only one van to collect us all & there had been 3 flights all arriving at the same time so there was quite a delay, which could have been avoided because there were other vans sitting in the park when we eventually got back.

Great value for money ,friendly and courteous staff, speedy transfer to airport, and back to car upon return from holiday. I would certainly use this car park again.

Good secure location. Value for money. Transfers to and from airport takes time, leave plenty of time for this. Can be hard to find as there is no sign for the location on main road. Spot the red van! Staff very helpfull. Would use again.
