I saved a packet by booking on-line. It also meant I knew where I was going to park and on the way back, I didn't have to remember to have change ready to pay for my car park or get a shock by the price as it was all paid for up front! Fantastic service and I will use it every time I travel. It was so convenient!

i arranged the parking on line , very easy! We drove up to the barrier and our ticket was prcessed within seconds. Plenty of spaces available. Two minutes walk to the terminal. On the way back from our trip we were tired but within five minutes we wre out of the terminal and the car park on our way home. Thank you!

On leving the car park, it would not leave me leave without speaking to controller. The amount outstanding was £22. I had already paid £12 but this was easily resolved and controller let me out right away. Would use again but not for any longer than 2 days, Cheaper up the road !

This is 2nd time I have used facility and had problems both times. The instrustions on the internet printout were wrong and the barrier would not open for my exit, the attendant was helpful and let me out. No bus was available either too or from Airport

Would use again and again. No need to even validate ticket upon return. Couldn't be more pleased with the service and would highly recommend to anyone.

Cannot comment on customer service, didn't see any at time of arrival and departure. Didn't use transfers as was in easy walking distance. I will definitely use the services again.

We had misplaced our q park ticket and I was in a panic as thought we would have to pay the full price but the staff were very helpful and once we gave our reg no. there was no problem... thanks again... of course I found the ticket when we unpacked at home!!

Car park is very close to terminal. There were no clear insttructions about whether it is necessary to validate ticket and if so how to do this. Barriers were not working on our arrival and entry to car park was delayed. There were no staff on site to help.

It was a very easy process, booking online in advance it was one less thing to stress over when we arrived at the Airport. Finding a parking space was easy, car registration number being printed on ticket made everything very efficient. I will certainly use the car park again.

The information provided on the booking confirmation was incorect - you don't go to the information desk to endorse the ticket as the ticket should have the registration number of your car automatically added to it as it is scanned by a camera. Unfortunately, our ticket didn't have our number but there were car park staff at the exit as we left,so it was OK.

I have no problems recommending the long stay car park. The main pro was teh kind bus driver who took us to the terminal, because he saw us parking and stopped by the car to wait for us. He also made us check we had everything with us. Wonderful person!

The ticket machine at the barrier stated we owed a considerable sum of money although our ticket was prepaid. the barrier would not lift and a queue formed behind us. We had to turn out of the queue and retry. Same story. We spoke into the intercom and got no response. Tried again, this time someone answered and asked our name and the barreir was duly raised. A bit of unnecessary stress at the end of a journey. Another member of our family had similar experience on returning home from USA,after a long tiring journey.

Simply book online, take your ticket and drive your car in. On your return journey, either catch the efficient bus or as I did, walk as it is such a short distance. Into your car and simply insert your ticket to exit. Easy and so straight forward - just the way I like it to be.

Very good value for money. Found a parking space no problem. Disappointed that the Barrier did not lift to let me out. The system works on Number Plate Recognition and it would appear that my Number Plate was not recognised. Had to press the service button to speak to someone then I was let out in a jiffy. Apart from the minor inconvenience I felt I got a bargain!!!

I arrived back 9 hours late due to flight delays and I lost my parking ticket enroute. The Car park staff were very helpful in that they confirmed my ID and then remotely opened the barrier for me and did not charge for the additional 9 hours. (First class service at 02:30hrs on a Sunday morning.)

Simple to use. Easily found. Even when I ran into trouble when exiting the car park, after my holiday, immediately, a voice came through the speaker and explained what I needed to do. It only took about 30 seconds.

The number plate did not read at the ticket barrier as was stated. When I returned to my vehicle an airport luggage trolley was pushed underneath the front of my vehicle. If the time when I was away had been stormy there may have been damage to the vehicle.

I arrived late into Belfast International on 1st Sept 07 and on my own I went to retrieve my car. The Bus driver was extremely helpful and considerate. I had difficulty sorting out payment for the car parking, but he helped sort that out. He then left me off near my car and waited until I got into the car. Excellent customer service. Will use the service again.

When I arrived at the airport on my departure trip my instructions had said to go to the kiosk in the departure lounge and get car parking ticket stamped so when we arrived back we would just go out as usual and put ticket into machine to exit. We went to a kiosk, whether it was the right one or not I am not sure, but the lady told us this had all changed and as my licence place number was on the ticket, when we left all we had to do was put ticket in machine on way out. When we arrived back from holiday and were exiting the car park I put ticket in machine which came up to say I owed £48. I pressed the query button on the machine and someone answered who did not seem to know what I was talking about and whom I could hardly hear, but she eventually lifted the barrier. It made me feel as if I was trying to fiddle someone. I think this part of the service needs to be reviewed and made more customer friendly

My wife & I arrived early afternoon on Wed.15th Aug 2007 on a flight from Newcastle.We waited for 20 minutes on a courtsey bus but none showed up. I had to walk to Zone D to pick up my car whilst my wife sheltered from the rain at the bus stop. Not a pleasant experience.
