Fortunately I had plenty of time as I had a lot of difficulty finding the car park. I went to the Q park opposite the airport and it was unused , I was very confused, I tried phoning the tel no on the reservation slip but the offices weren't open. I only managed to find the car park by returning to the coach park and speaking to the remote communication link. Once I had established where the car park was I still didn't know the procedure - I obviously had not read all the information at the time of booking just assuming it was like other long stay car parks. Once I understood the system I found that it worked well and was convenient. It will be much easier the next time. As I was leaving I observed another customer arriving who was clearly as confused as I had been. I do think Q park should rethink their signage and clarity of instructions

Really easy to find and Transport to and from the Carpark first class

I will definately use this service again. Easy to find and good service to and from terminal.

Usually have no problems but it was extremely busy on the 15th of August and found it very difficult to get a parking space.We ended up at the very bottom of the car park after driving around for quite some time.Thankfully we were in good time for our flights.I understand it is a busy time of year so will be using it again.Thanks

No Parking staff about the site. No enough trolly parks spread about the site. The price was alot better than before and would use this site if the price was stayed the same or less

We love this service and use it all the time. Its easy booking, easy parking and so quick to get to terminal.

Drove in, parked, drove out! The park was quite full, presumably because it is shared,but very good value, and so easy.

A very handy parking facility which is near the airport. the price was not the cheapest but value for money. Have recommended it to friends. will deferentially use again.

Having used this facility before many times I found using gosimply.com the best the easiest and the cheapest company I have dealt with. I have used different companies before, paying excessive fees, for a substandard service, having to check in at the airport for the return ticket at one stage. Now, with better techknowledgy, and a company who know how to use it, I have a first class experience, even a reminder prior to departing. I have already recommended this service to my friends and aquaintances and will use it again and again.

i was impressed by the cos. in previous years we felt the parking was so expensive it was cheaper to book a taxi bus!!

The car park is clearly signposted and the entry to the car park was explained by an attendant, who mentioned the number plate registration. We found a car parking place easily and felt the car was securely parked for the fortnight. Our return to the car park was equally smooth and I will definitly use the pre book facility again.

Could I suggest better directions to coach for return to car park. Some of my party saw the Q-park bus parked beside the Cosmo bus and assumed that it was there they had to go. In fact they should have turned left on exiting the airport building and returned to the area where the bus had dropped them off on departure.

Encountered no problems with long stay carparking. Easy to find, within walking distance off airport terminal or take the shuttle bus.And cheaper than nearby car parks if booked on line. Will definetly use again.

Booking on line is very easy. Liked the way it printed my ticket as i arrived with my car number printed on the ticket.very quick and easy will be booking this way from now on.thanks

No hassle parking within suitable walking distance to the terminal with bus transfer also operational (but arguably not required unless it's raining or you are yoiu have a disability). Price is keen compared to other nearby facilities where you have the hassle of waiting for a minibus transfer and short ride to their parking. BIA Long stay for me everytime !

I booked the onsite airport carpark, as I have experienced long waits for shuttle service from off site carparks. The Q park is walking distance to the terminal. We arrived only to be redirected to an overflow carpark which was very much OFFSITE. This was also so over booked that the only parking space was approx 100mtrs at the back. We walked up tp a pick up point for transfer to the airport by shuttle. After waiting for 10 minutes we commenced to walk to the terminal across the main road. On our arrival back the experience was the same...no shuttle to pick us up, so we dragged our luggage along the road only to find the shuttle bus at the offsite carpark with the driver reading the morning paper!! All in all, a dreadful experience. I understand that at holiday times car parks will be busy, but if on site carparking is obviously charging more for this facility, then if the on site carpark is not available, customers should be advised of this at time of booking. A disappointed customer

good value for money in a carpark close to the actual airport entrance. not many staff present but this was owing to the time of flights. however those available were helpful.regular bus transfer laid on even for the short journey.

Long stay parking at Belfast Airport was hassle free and good value for money. We will definitely book it again.

if long stay car-parking is new to you, this is the service for you. I n Belfast international airport, I was able to drop off my family at the main entrance and then drive the car to the car-park. I travelled with 5 kids all under the age of 11 and the service was spot on, stress free and easy to unsderstand

When I booked on line, all I had to do was to drive up to the barrier get my ticket and park. On my return was very simple, put the ticket into the machine and drive on. HASSLE FREE. I will definately be using it again on my next trip
