Had to be directed to correct park.Found facility easy to use. did not use bus due to short distances involved. Would use again.

Right on site beside the terminal building with a brief shuttle trip without having to wait.

Easy to find, easy to get into...a while finding a space. Safe return. Also close to airport - walking distance.

Booking carparking on line was so easy and the arrangements arriving at the carpark and leaving it were also completely straightforward. I hadn't pre-booked the car park before and I was amazed at the cost savings of booking on line in advance. I didn't need the transfer service but my son-in-law, who also booked on line, was grateful for the assistance provided by a coach driver who provided him with a compressor to inflate a puncture tyre.

Booking over internet quick and reliable. However on exit the reader showed up that we had not paid. Slight delay in getting out but on the whole more than satisfactory. Same happened another traveller may have to look into this. thanks

Car park is close to the terminal, did not require the transfer coach and I would have no hesitation in recommending this car park.

Better value than other service providers and within walking distance from the terminal. The long stay notices are a little confusing as there appears to be another long stay car park 'opposite' the terminal (QPark's is 'beyond' the terminal). The surface was a little 'rough' for pulling cases.

could do with a spruce up, like the automatic barrier system. didnt bother with the courtesy coach so cant rate the staff.Bit pricy perhaps.

as it was a early flight i did not see any staff and i did not need to use the bus but i did see it driving around the carpark

very handy location..though could do with slopes instead of curbs to help with luggage

It was close to the airport and no need for a transfer when we arrived home which is good as the car was handy. Also prepaid tickets are great and easy to use as well as there is no standing around to pay for your ticket. Also very reasonably priced.

Good service, within walking distance of airport, although i didn see any transfers available. Had pre-booked so to be able to enter and exit the car park quicky was an advantage.

Signage to car parking area was poor, found ourselves getting stressed finding the correct place to park. Once parked we walked to terminal which was handy enough, althiough felt concerned as when passing a vehicle parked in your facility, there was a lot of broken glass by the passenger side so was unsure as to howsafe my car would be. On returned we walked back to car therefore cannot comment on the transfers to or from the car park.

I've become a creature of habit using this site to book the longstay as with it's only a 2 minute walk from terminal to carpark. I can't understand why the other facilities on offer at a marginally cheaper price would be appealing, given that you are totally dependant on a 3rd party to take you to and from the terminal when it suits them. Call me independent...for a quid or two.....the convenience wins everytime !

Excellent. No problems with ticket.Bus arrived within seconds to take us to terminal. Park is v close to main terminal which was a big plus.

Signs to parking lot easy to find.At the barrier, we were provided with a ticket stating the car registration number and allowed entry into the parking lot to which we found plenty of parking spaces available. Short distance to terminal. We had the same experience going home,at the barrier, fed the ticket into the machine and the gate openned. Absolutely no hassles and I have retained your website for our next journey, later this summer and at xmas. The service provided online was first class, booking was easy and done in a matter of minutes and knowing we had it pre-booked left one less thing to worry about. Simple to book, minutes walk from the terminal should you not want to wait for a coach, and numberplate recognition works!,

This car park is so well situated close to the airport that there is little need for a shuttle service. The shuttle takes longer to get to the airport than it takes to walk (i.e. about 2 minutes to walk). A one day stay is at time of writing review £9 which makes it very expensive, but the location is hard to beat in its convenience to the airport.

my only fault with this parking facility is there is no footpath, or where there is, the curbs are very high, therefore making it difficult to manouver a wheely suitcase or trolly

no waiting around for coaches and a few miles trip car park is next to terminal and very competitive when you book online
