the car park was actually full and we were sent to park and ride where there was hardly any spaces left. we had to go to information as we had a different ticket to take for the park and ride. although the lady on information was very helpful and we adventually got things sorted to get our car out. thankyou mark boyd

not knowing in advance that the first car park was full cost us time at check in. it was quite a distance to walk! arriving back we didnt know where to get the bus my husband walked to get the car again! he arrived the same time as the bus!!! better signs needed but overall goodvalue for money and wedid use the serviceagain.

The new parking regulations that are being enforced at the front of the terminal are causing un necessary delays. I collected my car while my wife waited on the luggage, It had been my intention to collect her at the terminal entrance but when I eventualy got through the traffic I was not allowed near the terminal building, this caused us an unnecessary delay.

I found the carpark to be OK - just a few things - on the way out of the terminal building there are no large signs to direct you to the Qpark long term car park. I turned right and ended up at the Qpark fly & park bus. Please remember to turn left, do not cross over the road to the bus stop but stay on the same side of the road as the terminal building and walk straight down towards the long term car park where you will see signs for the Qpark bus.

Have used other car park services which your facility competes well with on price. However, one does not want to get off plane from busioness trip and then have to hunt airport to find information telling one to go upstairs to have ticket verified. Sort it and your service will be a winner.

First time I used this service and for the price would definately use again, travelling with wife and a 10 & 14 year old we managed to walk the 150 metres(all the near spaces to the terminal were taken) without any major obstacles, didnt see the sense in using the courtesy coach as would have meant an extra baggage lift and a longer wait,verifying our ticket on our return meant moving through out going travellers which meant a bit of a walk but showing of the sun tan was a made it worth while.

I'm basing my review on the Q-Park car park at Belfast International. The long stay car park that I had booked into was full up when I got there, so I had to park in Q-Park. I can't really comment on the car park staff, because I didn't see any! But it was nice to have the bus to and from the terminal. The main negative thing about this whole experience was that when booking, I made a mistake and booked a day extra. Straight away I realised my mistake, but had an absolute nightmare trying to rectify it. I spent about an hour on the phone trying to get it sorted out, being transferred from one place to the next, having the phone hung up on me and having to ring back, only to be given yet another number to call and being told that it might be worth my while to just forget about it as the call would be more expensive than the cost of the extra day... So I ended up spending £3 on an extra day and probably at least that on the phone calls also. This just added a real dampener on what I already thought wasn't great value for money. However, it was good to see that my car was still in one piece when I arrived back, so I have confidence in the security aspect, and as mentioned before, it was good to have the bus too.

i returned late and got my ticket validated at the main car park. when i tried to exit the long stay car park the ticket was not accepted at one of the automatic barriers.i was about to return to the main park when i tried it in the other barrier and it did accept it .it could have been a nuisance if it had rejected it also

found it very cheap,staff very helpful will definately use Q Parking again. when validating my ticket the member of staff was telling me that that soon you will book on the internet and use your reference number to get your ticket and press it into a pad on the way in and out as valadation.should be good if it works okay

On arrival there was nobody to open the barrier or take my reservation booking. On exit tired near midnight there was nobody to process my reservation in the airport or at the exit barrier. I had to re-park the car tramp over to the short stay carpark get my ticket validated, return to the long stay and finally exit.

The information desk, where you have to have your car park validated on your return was in the departures area. We had to go the full way round the airport to get the ticket validated. Surely this facility would be better placed in the arrivals hall, close to the luggage pickup. Otherwise, I have no complaints, the bus service was very prompt and excellent value for money.

When I parked my car on 2nd June there was no marking to say where I had parked, when I had returned lane marking had been installed which would have been a lot of help had it been there in the first place. I didn't see much coach movement between the car park and the airport entrance. Otherwise I have no complaints, the staff were very helpful when I went to validate my parking ticket.

Great easy car parking, as I have mentioned you have to go back into the terminal building which is quite a bit into the building to have your ticket validated on return, if there was a code you could key into the exit gate it would be a lot quicker.

I had booked,and paid thru' the internet, so it did seem pointless for me to go to information to have my ticket cleared. At belfast International information desk is a fair distance from arrivals. As the ticket was prepaid why could I not just check out, without going to information.

I found the car park very easily, & when I parked my car one of your buses was just pulling up. The driver got out & helped me on with my bag, he also helped me off at the terminal. When I arrived back the bus arrived in a few minutes & again the driver assisted me both on & off. I would recommend this fast & friendly service to anyone & will definitely tell all my friends & family how good a service you run.

On the cons I understand this system is only temporary until the ticket booth at the Car Park has been installed so therefore there are no complaints whatsoever, indeed i was so impressed i have informed several of my friends who use the Internation Airport on a regular basis and they have aready accessed the web site and are also impressed. There were no markers to indicate what bay you were parked in which in a car park this big after a two week holiday would be needed. I left my family to collect the luggage and went to get the car which was quite some way and found getting back round to the front of the airport to pick them up was a nightmare, this may be more to do with poor management at the airport but it was all part of the parking experience for us and we may be tempted to return to one of the off site parking companies again in the future.

We arrived bck at 05:00 and as I have a walking difficulty found it very inconvenient to walk to the main carpark to have my ticket verified. Surely in today's IT world it should be possible to either have a machine in the terminal to verify a ticket or have staff verify in advance.

If you arrive after midnight there is nowhere in the terminal to have your ticket validated and you have to walk to the main carpark office at the exit in the rain and cold then back to the terminal to collect luggage then walk to and wait for a transfer bus--- not good!

This was our 1st time to use the long stay car park. It was painless to book, was great value for money and was within easy walking distance of the airport. It was reasonably easy yo find, and more importantly, easy to leave with no waiting about to get our car back! We'd definitely use it again.
