Unable to get bus transfer back to car park and the walking surface is not very easy when you are disabled. When getting the ticket cleared, could not find the correct information desk, I had to walk back upstairs, again not very convenient for the disabled. Overall I was very happy with their service and will certainly use it again.

I have never booked parking on the internet, but it took 2mins to book and saved me a lot of money. It was very convenient, and when my two children and myself were preparing to walk the fairly short distance to the terminal building a coach driver called us over to use his bus - very impressed!

We found everything went smoothly. As we arrived very early in the morning there did not seem to be any transfer to and from the terminal building. After we arrived home the only problem was finding the information desk! I had to go up one floor and then down again. We thought the service was value for money.

The long stay offered the cheapest parking of all the car parks at the airport and at basically 4GBP per day, it is great value and I would recommend it to friends and family.

I was directed to the information office next to the main stay exit to have my ticket validated. The attendent could not find my name on her list and didn't seem too interested in my paperwork. Finally she agreed to validate my ticket as she did not want to delay me any longer.

Overall happy with the service but it would have been nice to know in advance the location of the information desk (in the departure lounge) to get ticket validated.

This was my first time to use the carpark and I found it easy to get to and it was only a short walk to the Terminal Building. Everything was well explained when booking online. I would certainly use it again.

Will use mccausland next time, note it was £7 cheaper only use here if part of a large group,

The long stay carpark is slightly out of the way, but still within the grounds of the airport. You don't have to wait for a bus or for other people on a bus, you can go there at your leisure. However, with a rickety trolley (I think they're replacing them now) makes the journey of traversing sloped curbs & bad surfaces more tricky. The lighting could be a bit friendlier too.

The price was competitive, the booking and payment process was straightforward, endorsement of parking ticket on return was simple enough but the Airport Information desk is on the departures floor not arrivals. Someone not familiar with Belfast International Airport may not easily find their way back to the Information Desk. Although Long Term parking is only a short drive from the terminal, it can be difficult to find a parking space within easy walking distance. I was fortunate in having other passengers with me which allowed for the luggage to be offloaded at the terminal entrance before parking. Wouldn't have been much fun trailing luggage to and from the car park as there is no transport between it and the terminal. Overall impression was good but for a few more pounds off-site parking with transport to & from the terminal might be a viable alternative.

Only gripe was no transport from carpark to airport.

Only used because all other parks were full at the time of my departure. I normally use one of the private carparks which transfer customers to the airport and pick up on return. The airport carpark was quite full and I had to park approx 10 minute walk from departures.

On arrival, the long stay was poorly signposted and you had to walk the short distance from the long stay to the terminal. Going past rusting chain link fencing with hole kicked in them and rubbish everywhere. On return it was necessary to go upstairs to customer services to have your gate pass processed. There was no staff at the car park and no zones or focal points, making it difficult to find your car. All in all a bad show and in dire need of an upgrade for this 1970's facility.

Parking great value, would use it next time and felt easier generally then other nearby carparks. It was not very clear however where we had to take the ticket when we came back and thought it was inside the airport building not in the booth outside.

There are quite a few abandoned vehicles close to entrance and exit, making exit difficult with luggage trolleys . If there was a parking attendant present perhaps these difficulties could be avoided.

I pre paid via internet. Upon my return I had to hoof it twice to the long stay car park before I was able to get my car out. You need to put a sign on the little pay kiosk at the long stay car park advising people who just need to get out of the car park, how to do that. Just by chance I pressed the little phone symbol and got speaking to the Wizard of Oz who advised me I had to make my way to the exit booth of the Short Stay car park where he would validate my ref no. and give me another ticket to get me out. Having been up from I left my hotel room 22 hours earlier, the last thing i wanted was a sponsored walk, especially as I had pre paid to make things handier for myself ???......Well you did ask.

Easy to find, close to airport, security by camera but the surface is not good.

Fairly expensive compared to other UK airports. The rain was pouring down when I dropped the car off and by the time I'd walked to the terminal I was soaked.

Very packed at peak times (exit lanes used for parking).

Very good value for money compared to all other options explored.
