The price was good and the transfer bus was there to collect us. It was all so easy and convenient to the check in. I would use it again.

handy to teminal building but signs could be more clear as there appears to be two long stay parking areas

Couldnt comment on customer service as fully automated. I didnt hang around for the courtesy bus either as i just wheeled my luggage over to car. Footpaths could be better i suppose. All in all i would use again.

The directions given are innacurrate. It was stated that the car park was opposite the terminal. In fact, the short stay car park is opposite the terminal. The actual car park was some distance from the terminal and to the side rather than in front of.

Being able to prebook and the vehicle recognition is 1st class. I did not use the transfer as the distance to walk was not great. Overall I will have no hesitation in using this facility again. I would add that no parking staff were visible either at entering or departing. This is the reason for not answering 2 of the above, otherwise...perfect

I had no problems getting in or out of the carpark. It made sense to walk to the airport as I was parked quite near to the entrance.

On arrival i found quite a few available spaces quickly within walking distance of the terminal. At the exit barrier my prepaid ticket failed to open the barrier but assistance (via intercom) had the problem rectified without any hassle.

Less than 3 minute walk to terminal so no need to use bus unless lots of luggage. Process fully automated, so did not need to consult parking staff. All in all excellent experience,

Easy to book, very handy to the terminal building and at a good price. I will certainly use this park again.

Simple and convenient - does require a short walk although there is a bus; but unless at back of car park or bad weather it is quicker just to walk. Thus the big advatage of the Long Stay Car Park is time.

My wife and I arrived at the car park on the 10th of January..a wet & windy evening! We might have been concerned about getting to the nearest stop with our luggage but even before we had switched off our engine the bus had stopped beside us and the driver waited patiently while we made extra checks on the security of the car. The service on return was equally efficient, the weather being if anything worse and the bus again stopping beside our car.

No staff were present but I managed to find someone at the airport information desk inside the terminal to explain the system.

One problem with this park is the lack of a foot path option to enter or exit on foot. In darkness you have to fight your way down the car entrance in particular if you are wheeling a trolley or bag. This is dangerous in my opinion as cars and pedestrians should always be separated.

Best carpark for traveling. Why park off-site a couple of miles away when you have hassle free parking right on the doorstep? Makes traveling easy!

easy, straight forward booking. Transfer facitilies are available - a bus which can bring you direct to the airport terminal, but its easy to walk to the terminal - its only a few minutes walk. Very convenient and handy.

The terminal was walking distance and we saw no staff. Hence these questions not being relevant. My only comment is that we were not sent any instructions on how to use the coupon. There were no instructions and no staff to ask at the car park Very confusing.

As per my summary, there was some difficulty trying to get out of the carpark and no response from the help facility even after numerous attempts

On our return our car battery was flat. We were very pleased with battery starting service provided by car park staff which enabled us to make our onward journey speedily

This service was extremely easy to use and the transfers were very efficient. Overall it was great value for money.
