i had one small problem when leaving carpark, even though i had already paid online for my parking, the machine still wanted £49 to let me out, it was 1-30 am and no-one was about, but i pushed the help button but no answer, then the barrier went up, i think that this needs to be looked at

Despite the fact that the technology didn't seem to work - the personnel on hand did a great job. Well worth the online booking - wouldn't have liked to pay full whack though!

No coach visible for transfr to terminal building. On arrival at car park ticket point had to buzz for assistance as no ticket automaticaly popped out. Was told there had been a problem with internet bookings.

On parking on arrival the empty transfer bus drove along its lane and could not miss us jumping out of our car but drove on On return on Sunday there was no transfer bus. On balance I will use a company like McCauslands in future as their transfers are most efficient

Short walk to terminal or handy/frequent shuttle bus throughout parking area to terminal (very friendly and helpful drivers). Quick to organise with online ordering, very little waiting at exit, non on entry. No fuss service as provided at other airports where you have to get exit ticket from a stall within airport complex. 24 hour CCTV security cover is great for drivers peace of mind. Well worth it.

From my ( admittedly one) experience, I do not have much confidence in the system of pre-paying. However, staff at other end of call button were helpful, on both entry and departure.

Excellent service. Easy to use site. Clear instructions as to what to do on arrival + on leaving carpark. Best of all - it worked! Fully lived up to all promises + more than fulfilled my expectations. Value for money combined with practicality. We'll be back!

I didn't need to use the coach transfer as it was only a couple of minutes walk to & from the terminal building. Online booking worked smoothly & no problems encountered.

As i tried to leave the car park the machine told me to pay £33 despite having paid in advance. I had to contact your staff before being able to exit car park

Really easy to book, great number plate recognition system, straight in there no hassle.Couple of minutes walk to Terminal with exactly the same experience on return. Definitley will use this great value for money service again.

I went on line at 9 pm the day before my departure the next day at 7am. The system already had all my details, I entered with a ticket that already had my car details included and on my return the system accepted my ticket procesed the payment automatically against my credit card and I was out of the carpark within i minute. Very Slick Process.

The car park is within easy walking distance to the airport although buses are available if needed to transfer to the terminal. I'd use the car park again without hesitation.

Booking on line was straight forward. Followed the simple instructions and I had no hitches at all entering or exiting the car park. Very close to the terminal, a short way and great value for money. I would use this car park again.

At the gate into the car park the ticket did not show my number plate as said in the booking doc. I had to use the intercom to get my car released on the way out

when i arrived i had no problems getting into car park ticket came out as soon as i went to the barrier and got a space straight away i would use this car park again it was great because you were right at the airport

I would use this facility again as it is easy to book on line, saves money compared to paying on entry and it is not too far to walk to the terminal if you are able bodied.

Easy to book on line, liked the number plate recognition idea. Arrived at 5.00am and i didnt see any courtesy buses around. Struggled over high kerbs in poor light and being a first time user i had absolutely no idea which way to go as i didnt see any signs pointing to terminal. building.

Great service, great price, no hassles and would certainly use it again. The transfer bus was available when needed on both outbound and return journeys.

If you want to park as close as possible to the airport, to be able to book your parking online and to enjoy the flexibility of either making your own way to the terminal or take advantage of the free bus, simplyparking is your answer. The additional premium for this facility, compared with other operators was well worth it and I will continue to use this facility in future.

I did not realize that the camera didn't read my number plate and i pressed for a ticket. when i returned i entered the ticket and got a message i had to pay the full fee. There was no problem and i was able to exit with the help of the car park staff. However a sign with instructions at entry for on line users for stupid people like me may be useful.
