I was told on line i had to go to the office to have my parking card verified when i returned home from my holiday to allow me to leave the carpark and when i did this i was told this was not the practice.This was a waste of my time for no reason as i was told the camera reads you registration as you enter the carpark and prints it on your ticket.I hope the is sorted out in the future.

The easiest parking at Belfast International I have ever had.Easy access,plenty of room,close to terminal(3 minute walk) The return was even better,Bypassed all the ques at ticket machines,the ques for the usual expensive car parks buses,I along with my wife and 5 year old daughter,and 9 year old son were in our car within 5 minutes of collecting our baggage,and leaving the airport within 6!! .Absolutly Fantastic.See you again next year.Many Thanks!

The instructions on the website regarding validating the ticket were incorrect. I was advised to go to the BCP parking desk in departures. This was not the case. I had to insert the ticket on exiting and had to wait embarrassingly in the queue for a couple of minutes whilst the attendant (over the radio) checked my booking.

This is a very good and hassle free service,had small problem with the ticket machine on the way out of car-park but a member of staff was on the case straight away and sorted it out.So all and all a very good experience and i would certainly recommend using the car-park to anyone,and i for one will be using it again in the future. I was amazed to find that this was a cheaper option than the nearby park & ride services! Why pay more when you can park within a 2 minute walk to the terminal & avoid bus transfers? As for their Customer Services, I had to contact them (it's a speaker system at their entrance/exit barrier) & they immediately resolved my problem.

Hi - the whole experience worked well, we were in a convenient location for the airport - I didnt see any transfer coaches so I cant comment on them. The only trouble was when I was getting out the machine was trying to charge me for the stay even though it was pre paid but I hit the button on the machine and a man on the other end was very helpful in getting me out.

As we were on a early flight is was great that teh security man was able to sort out our pass as the information desk wasn;t open when we arrived. It was also great even though our flight was delayed 7hrs there was no further charge for the car being there longer and booked in for. It was a great experience apart from the heavy rain when we arrived back from Spain. Many thanks Heather Jackson

The place where we wre supposed to pick up the car park ticket changed when we were on holiday. We therefore had no way of knowing where to pick up the ticket. The member of staff at the information Desk in Aldergrove Airport was extrememly unhelpful and rude.

First time we used this car park. Meant to be reserved parking but couldnt be found. Leaving the car park the ticket wouldnt work and getting the attendant took time. Talking to others it appears that the tickets dont seem to work for anyone. We would prefer to support the airport but in the garages the car is sitting ready.

I found the service and parking very good. I feel the car was safe and secure and the bus was very good. As soon as we took the luggage out of the boot a bus came by, stopped and waited for us. The way home was the same even though it was 11.30pm.

I found the experience very simple and easy to use. With travelling there are a lot of things to remember this was one thing that did not take up a lot of time. Put the dates of departure in made the payment, parked the car, got the ticket verified and enjoyed the rest of my holiday happily knowing my car was safe and secure Thank you.

this service is great value for money at belfast airport.however i found ticket validation a problem as i left and returned in times the information desk was closed.took ages, and several airport personnel before i found out where to validate the ticket, which is different to what it says on the booking form. however when i located the validation point the staff were very friendly and efficient. will use again now that i know where to go and when.nice to see a service which does what it says it does.

I could see nowhere for passengers with suitcases to walk towards the entrance to the car park without being in the path of traffic. A designated safe pathway would be enormously helpful. I had to park on a stony area, very hard to pull a suitcase on. Loved the hares though!

I didn't really know what to do with the ticket as on the parking instruction was written: go to the info desk at departures and validate your ticket BEFORE you leave on your flight! I was travelling at 6am. At this time the desk is closed. But the bus driver told me I could validate the ticket when I come back. Perhaps it could be just more clearly stated on the instructions. As far as you know this I would certainly recommend this car park - good and cheap servis

ifollowed the signs for the long stay carpark i parked car and thought this is very handy but when i came back for my car i was in the wrong place longstay and short stay are very hard to follow when i went into to sort my ticket out no one there the same comming back i had to go to the office all in all i would use again there are orther carparks there but they just rip you off would use again but watch for longstay sgin

Could not get ticket validated in main terminal due to information office being closed at 6.00am on departure. Could not get ticket validated in main terminal due to information office being closed at 1.00am on return. Wasted 1 hour trying to get sorted. Phone No on document was to UK office with normal 9-5 working hours. However, the guys at security / parking were able to verify my details and let me out of the car park.

We saw no sign of car park staff or a transfer bus. This was not a problem as we were all able to walk to the terminal and it was daytime. I didn't realise how much we would save by booking online(£18) so that was a nice surprise. We validated the ticket on the way in so our exit was hassle free. Would highly recommend.

I was happy with the service offered and I intend to use it again. It's good to know that your car is safe while you are away, especially because this car was hired and I didn't want to have any problems. Thank you and see you again!

Really good experience of car park. Car safe and secure, constant transfers available to airport terminal on arrival and departure. Mechanic available for any difficulties on return. Car can be valeted at reasonable price for your return journey home.

The long stay is around 5 minutes walk to the terminal building. There is a coach service, but that seems only important for those with heavy luggage or difficulty in getting about. Very simple entry/exit procedure.
