Having had my flight delayed by almost two hours and landing in Belfast close to 11.15pm, I was wondering if anything else could go wrong. I thought the parking ticket won't work? But it did. What I did on arrival was to contact the attendant via the intercom button who duly supplied me with the ticket via the dispenser at the barrier (so easy). When I drove up to the barrier on mny return and fed in the ticket then after a slight delay up went the barrier. Highly recommended and saved me a fortune.

good location with bus transfers to the airport,altough you could also walk to the airport

Easy to book. Very close to terminal. No need for bus transfer. Excellent value for money.

The number plate recognition did not work but the attandant was helpfull. The car park could do with leveling in places as there are lots of pot holes.

I cannot review or comment on staff, as I used the online service and did not speak to staff. The car park surface is in need of TLC, but overall the charges were good value and I like the convenience of within easy walking distance of the terminal building.

very satisfactory on way in but trouble on my way out. got help trough phone but left me anxious at the time.

Although I ticked 'best' for customer service' there was really no contact with any human being - as I Booked online through gosimply.com Downloaded and printed off transaction info and instructions. Followed instructions. Entry by numberplate recognition, at which time the ticket for eventual exit is issued. On return from trip placed ticket into machine at exit whereupon gate opened. No humans required apart from the driver.

Prebooked with gosimply.com. Got a scare as I was leaving the carpark, when the exit machine asked me to pay £35. Contacted the carpark staff via intercom and everything was quickly sorted. Nothing to pay. Get this into perspective. It cost me £9 to prebook for 3 days; compare this to £35 if I hadn't! Enough said.

Arrived very early, straight in with card. Arrived back card worked! Excellent!

I have used other parking providers in the recent past but found the long stay carpark to be much more convenient. No waiting around at both ends 0f the holiday. It was also similar in price to the other providers when booked in advance.

Did'nt see any car park staff, and only saw coach when we had already walked close to terminal

Again great value and easy access car parking. Will be booking with gosimply.com from now on.....

No worry no hassle didn't even need to talk to anyone just drove up immediately rec'd ticket barrier lifted and that was it - leaving was just as efficient which is just what you need after a flight !

Transfers to and from the airport seemed to consist of one bus circulating in a random manner. I would advise using two smaller buses and more information as to their frequency Walter Scott

By parking on site, this gave me more time for check-in. My return flight arrived at 11.55pm so it was great to know that all I had to do was to walk over to the car.

The price was a significant saving on paying at the airport. There were no staff that I could see at the car park but the service was easy to use just drive up to barrier collect ticket and go, same on return. The only downside was arriving home in middle of night meant there was no bus avaliable from terminal to car park, which resulted in a bumpy cold walk back to car with suitcases

Pre-booked on line. Ticket printed on arrival at barrier. Drive through and park. On return home entered ticket at barrier and drive out. What could be easier.

the car park is very convient when using belfast international as you can drop off your lugage and passengers at the entrance and then park in the long stay and either walk to the terminal or take the bus

Happy to recommend service although more frequent buses would be required especially in heavy rain
