I found the service to be first class and convenient only being 5 minutes from airport.Good value for money.

This is a thoroughly good and useful service. I have only used it once but I know that the excellent service received was not a fluke and have recommended it several times to others.

I have used Aberdeen Airpark numerous times in the past and keep going back - they are reliable and cost efficient - what more could you ask for!!

My partner and I have recently begun using Airparks at various UK locations and have generally have been satisfied with the service, including the good nature of the bus drivers. However, on 3rd January 2012 we returned to Aberdeen and on collection by the bus at the terminal were greeted by a bus driver with a hostile attitude towards us. The journey to the car park was undertaken at high speed which did not show appropriate consideration to the passengers. I felt that I was being thrown around and restrained hard by my seat belt. Having recently undergone spinal surgery this was most unwelcome. The extent of the poor driving in relation to the road conditions is illustrated by the fact that on one occasion the wheels of the minibus spun freely on the wet road as the driver accelerated too hard having turned a corner. The bus skidded sideways momentarily at this point. The surly attitude of the driver continued when we reached the car park. As he was unloading the bags of another customer, he at the same time knocked one of our bags off the back of the bus. I caught the bag in order to prevent it from falling and its contents from being broken. I was chastised in a rude and threatening manner by the driver who then instructed me to move away from the bus. I have passed these comments on to the manager of the Aberdeen Airparks in a phone call, and he duly apologised.

Our return flight was delayed by 3 hours but the transfer bus was waiting for us, as usual, which was great. The car was started and warmed-up ready for us to jump in and drive home. Thank You!!

Only comment would be that when I came home, we had to wait about 15 minutes at the airport for the driver to pick up all the passengers. Apparently, he was waiting for 9 people.

Basically everything was great except when we went to pick up the car on our return after a long haul flight, told the keys were in the car only to not be able to find them, along with another customer who had the same issue, we went back in. The woman barked at both of us that the keys were behind the front offside tyre; said it as if we were meant to have known this and in such a way as to say how dare you ask me. This was a let down to the otherwise good service. Due to them being so cheap i would use them again, but purely on this reason only.

Having the car warmed up on a frosty,dark night is lovely! Like having a chauffeur in the good old days!

Using the airpark allowed me to avoid paying excessive fees in the airport's own carpark and meant that I was deposited and collected just in front of the airport without the stress of having to find a parking space etc. I would definitely recommend this service to others.

We have used this car park on many occasions and have always been very pleased with the service provided. The staff and the drivers are pleasant and friendly and it is great to be met on a cold wet Scottish night and dropped off at our car where the keys are in the lock and the heating and lights are on. Great service and I would highly recommend this company.

Will use this facility in future and would highly recommend it to friends and family. Other parking facilities and public transport in and around the airport could learn from Airpark Aberdeens, efficeint and value for money and freindly service.

Parked the car next to reception and was given a receipt after leaving my keys with them. Taken by courtesy bus to the terminal immediately - only a 5 minute journey - and dropped off right at the door. My returning flight arrival time was monitored and the courtesy bus was waiting for me when I walked out of the airport building. An excellent service I highly recommend.

Happy with all aspects of our reservation with Aberdeen Airpark - really liked the car being turned on, warm and ready to go on our return

The car park was easy to find. Dropping off and picking up our car was very easy. The car was ready and waiting for us on our return. The transfer was quick with friendly staff and the minibus was waiting at the airport on our return. Staff seemed very aware of times of flight arrivals and who to expect to be picked up. A good value, easy to use service which we would use again.

arrived at airpark handed in keys put cases onto bus and left for the airport.on return bus was waiting for us and car was ready to take away,every thing went like clockwork...

I was very impressed with the set up at Aberdeen Airpark. No waiting around straight into transfer van and off to Airport. Coming home the van was waiting for us and loaded up our luggage and again straight off to get our car which was waiting for us outside the Office

This service was smooth and efficient. Great value for money- will use again in future.

The whole experience was very good particularly the coach waiting when the flight arrived and a nice touch having the car ready with the lights on. only very slight criticism is that longerr term the access road will need repaired and/or upgraded.
