Dubai International Business Class Lounge reviews

The chairs are comfortable, food decent and drinks well diverse. The bathroom/shower and toilets are very clean and internet speed is ok. It could get busy at times, but then its still better than the rest of the terminal at those peak hours. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Overall a great place to kill a 10 hour lay-over.

The front desk staff were attentive and efficient which made it a quick and painless check-in. Comfortable leather couches but could do with some loungers for a more relaxing stay. The selection of food and drinks were good and restocked regularly. Staff can be seen regularly clearing tables of used plates and cups which was definetly a plus. Showers were a bit busy, so not always readily accessible. Could do with shelves or hangers for your items and clothes in the showers. A comfortable and relaxing stay overall. Will definetly book again when traveling through Dubai Airport.

The lounge can be a bit of a walk depending on where you land but well worth it.

Waiting is easier when well sited, with good food and drinks and good attention. The walk from terminal 3 is long but at least you see all the shops and maybe a famous face in the airport.

This lounge is a very basic lounge.. The food is so so, the customer service is not very good. It's certainly one of the poorer quality lounge I've used.

Easy to book, staff very friendly, food and drinks outstanding, bery clean and comfortable. A must for a long stayover at Dubai.

Accessed the lounge very late at night, and wanted to rest, however the chairs were not comfortable or providing good back support. The service was good in that they were inconspicuous, however, this is also a negative in that they were not there to assist. The food was good, and the drinks plentiful and varied. Would encourage more water and ice available. All the other facilities are good, and clean. In terms of overall experience, I would certainly recommend this lounge rather than sitting in the general lounges, but I would also encourage that The Lounge look at some others, such as the chairs in the Marhaba Lounges, to update theirs.

It was very enjoyable and a great comfort after spending several hours traveling and trudging through various airports. The food and beverages were greatly appreciated and the shower was spot on to revive my weary bones.

It was a comfortable and relaxed stay, friendly staff, variety of foods and drinks, clean toilets and shower room, felt safe!

I had a relaxing time.I was worried about the shower water draining out during my shower.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Meal selection was good and drinks were restocked when getting low. The environment was peaceful and helped detract from the hustle of the terminal.

This is the best lounge in Dubai. Been to them all and these guys do the best job of making you feel at home.

This was a very nice lounge. The food and drinks were abundant, also the food was fabulous.

Enjoyed the Business Class Lounge at Dubai Term 1 could have had a better selection of western style food, for the children in our party, however I was quite happy with the choices available. Plenty of choices of drinks; coffees, teas soft drinks or alcoholic. Shower facilities perfectly adequate, no problems with towels.

The lounge was spacious and comfortable. There was a variety of food and drinks in the buffet bar. I was able to shower before taking a long trip. For all this I received good value for the purchase price.

We had a overnight stay in Dubai of 6 hours - to short for a hotel and to long for just sitting around and shop a bit. So we orderd some tickets for a 5 hour stay in the lounge. It was a nice lounge just around a corner within the terminal. we had some drinks (there is a good selection of whiskeys and other spirits) and then sunk into the big leather seats for some rest. Since all seats were standing together without any walls or else separating them, it was hard to feel not observed. But we managed to sleep for some hours, which was really a relief. For such a overnight stay at the Dubai airport, i would again go to this or a similar place.

The business lounge met with all our expectations. We had hot showers, fresh towels and even a hair dryer. The staff made sure we had everything we need. There was a good selection of food and drinks. It was late at night, so there were fewer passengers, and we had very comfortable seats were we could close our eyes and relax for a while. If i ever need to stop over for extended periods of time, i would definately make use of the business lounge again.

Have been using the lounge for three years now. It even has showers! Clean and pleasant experience
