Dubai International Business Class Lounge reviews

Flight at 0300 so booked access from 22.30 the night before, but check in not permitted before midnight so lost 1 1/2 hours of access. Should have been explained. The shower flooded the dressing area causing clothing to get wet. Not a pleasant experience. Food and drink good. In spite of the problems gaining access well worth the money.

It was very nice best E25 I have sent The facility was quite and comfortable showers and the food was good

The lounge was comfortable ,there were no variety of food n the toilet was nt clean.After all it's an excellent place to relax while waiting for the next flight .

The staff are friendly & helpful, & your facilities are better than those of your competitors. Keep it up

The food was good but not much of a variety. Nice selection of drinks and cocktails. Comfortable seating..The quiet room was a big plus. The shower NEEDS ventilation so that you can dress without sweating. For the most part, It's an excellent place to relax while waiting on your next flight.

I would certainly use the lounge again, it serves as a welcome break during traveling

This is the third time I have used the Lounge and I love it. I tell everybody passing through about it.

I've visited the Dubai Business Class Loungs many times before and always had a wonderful experience until now. The shower ventilation was broken which caused the temperature to be well over 100 degrees F. That put a cloud over my visit. When I tried to tell the front receptionist she seemed overwhelmed by visitors. There should always be two customer service reps at the front desk for this reason. Overall, good food and drinks as well as a clean place to relax.

I highly recommend the Dubai International Business Class Lounge if you have a short layover. Excellent food and drink, friendly and accommodating staff, hot showers, free wi-fi and more!

There was not much of a food selection. You had to constantly ask for clean glasses.

Unfortunatley I fell asleep and missed my flight! I spoke to the desk and was advised that they do not monitor Emirates flights. A little dissappointed to say the least :-(

We arrived in the early hours of the morning and it was a great relief to be able to unwind,relax,shower and get some nice food & drink options in good comfortable surroundings. Felt like a safe haven from the hustle and bustle of the regular airport traffic. Could do with turning the volume down on the flight announcements made by the lounge receptionist.

Enjoyed some quiet time while plenty of food and drink to past my time there!

I had a 10.5 hour layover in Dubai and made use of the 3-5 hour booking period at this lounge. When I arrived, the lounge was probably 50% full and never really exceeded that capacity. During the five hours, I had three drinks and, each time I went, the food had been refreshed. If I had not already had fish and chips in Terminal three, I would have certainly tried more. What I did try was good. The only thing that could have been better would be a "quiet" area. It is a long thin lounge which has two large TVs evenly spaced along the wall. This made it quite difficult to find somewhere to rest. The lounge also has a number of free Internet computers which was very useful for me to check in for my next flight. Overall, good value for money.

Had to wait for 7 hrs in the lounge. Overall very good for drinks and food but needs even more comfy seating. Big advantage is that it is not all crowded so in that way it is a big plus. Shower rooms and toilets are very clean and hygienic. Due for a refurbishment but otherwise well worth the money paid.

The free food and the free beer is excellent. The lounge appears to have it's own wireless connection. So when you can't connect anywhere else you can there. There was a spot that I could sit down, charge my own laptop and use it as I pleased. It was very clean, very classy, and very cozy. It was quiet and the people were very kind. When I travel through Dubai again, I will most definitely use the same lounge over and over again. I loved it.

2nd stay at lounge and last. Hot plates for salads/cheese. No glasses. Buffet was not replenished w/ fresh food often. No doubt someone didn't want to waste anything as lounge was slow so customer was at mercy of kitchen to eat fresh food. 5 hours there and all plates were hot and not acceptable for eating cold food off of them. A little effort goes a long way.

I always use the lounge on my way through Dubai. I am usually very pleased with the lounge. However, I noticed many of the seats losing their cushion, from many customers using them. Not only that it is very easy to slide out of the smooth leather chairs. Maybe that could be fixed with recliners!

My only negative comment would be the shower facilities. When I took my shower, I placed my backpack on the floor. There were no hooks or hangers for clothes, so I laid them on top of the backpack. My showere did not drain properly, causing water to build up and soak my clothes and backpack. Because of this, I had to finish my time waiting for my flight in wet trousers, socks, and backpack.
