Dubai International Business Class Lounge reviews

I sent you a request because i booked the wrong date of 19july and had to rebook the correct date of 19 june, i did not receive a credit for the 19 july and i explained that it was booked for the wrong date and i rebooked the correct date. Can you please advise if i will be refunded for the 19 july. ?

Very clean and relaxing. I was able to shower, check emails and rest before my next flight. Food and drinks were good.

The only problem I see with Lounge is that, you are required to have a Boarding Pass to use it. I have use this lounge twice and both times I have only been able to use it for about two hours. This may be due to the airline's counter not being open to received my ticket, and partly because, most airlines in Dubai don't offer on-line check-in, thereby allowing one to recieve a ticket through one's email. If I could print out my ticket via email, I would have it available to present at the lounge. I could then go to the ticket counter whne it opens to just check my baggage in. Other than that, the lounge is top notch.

I travelled through Dubai International Airpot now for many years, and I will never stay in a different lounge ever. I usually have a 8 hour lay-over and this was my first time in in the Dubai International Business Class Lounge. The staff are professional, courteous and friendly, the food well prepared and beautifully presented and the bathrooms were immaculate. Money well spend. Thank you.

The Dubai lounge is a relaxing place to hang out free internet,free drinks the food has declined since my first visit but that is budgets for you the last time i was there it was nearly all cheap Indian dishes ?? yet there was hardly any Indians in the lounge. The staff are courteous and helpful and are always seen cleaning and replenishing the whole experience is still better value for money than the Airport experience and i will continue to use the lounge if the food improves to what it was before.You would be advised to try it if you want some peace and quiet and a freshen up and shower.

We really enjoyed the friendliness, the constant friendly and efficient service. Amazing range of food and drinks.We could really relax, have a shower and be very comfortable for the whole 5 hours we had to be in the airport between flights. Thank you for excellent value for money.

I had an 11-hour layover and spent five hours of it in the lounge. I was able to get food and drink, use the internet and even showered. They have soap, shampoo and towels for the shower. I will use it again if I travel in that area.

My 8hr lay-over at Dubai International was much easier to handle by making use of the Business Class Lounge. It is a bit of a walk from Terminal 3 (about a 10-15 min walk), but not too much to worry about. The variety of food was quite impressive and most of it was pretty tasty. The drinks were all well chilled and the coffee was great and I was happy that it was not the instant powder kind. The only slight negative I had was the seats that aren't the most forgiving when trying to take a nap. Luckily the lounge was not that full, so I pushed two seats together which made it much easier to have a little nap. Overall this lounge was great to get away from the hustle and bustle of the airport and I would recommend using it if your lay-over is more than 3 hours.

Great wifi within the lounge. Plenty to eat and drink. Friendly staff. Made new friends while smoking Cuban cigars in the smoking lounge. A great place when stranded on a five or six hour layover in Dubai. Cheaper than a hotel without leaving the airport and having to hassle with security.

Good job. It's a great chance to rest in comfort on those long flights.

There needs to me more power outlets available for charging phones and electronic equipment. Otherwise a good experience.

The beverage selection is fine, nobody like's getting hot glass's when they want a cold drink. The food (hot bar) could use a little more attention so it doesn't appear to have been sitting there for a while. The lounge area, the chairs are nice but they are not comfortable because they have no lower back support which over time you notice. None of this effects how I feel or enjoy passing thru, I would still recommend to others to use your Lounge, these are just my observations. Thanks Dave

This was a convenient alternative to a hotel for less than a days stay while in transit. The food and drink were plentiful and tasty and the environment was relaxing.

I travel through Dubai twice a month and often with layovers of 8 hours or more. I found the business class lounge six months ago and have used it during every time i am there. In my opinion, there is not a better deal for the price. I highly recommend the Dubai Business Class Lounge for anyone travelling through Dubai with a layover. Its an oasis at the end of a long flight, the food and beverages are the highest quality, the atmosphere is relaxed and its located very close to all of the duty free shopping!

Worth every penny. It is great to get away from the craziness of the terminal. Showers, internet and drinks make it a great value.

I have now used your lounge on several occasions and will most certainly be using it again soon. infact on the 25/26th of Aug. see you then.

Uncomfortable chairs and couches. If you are looking to sleep.. good luck with that. Food plentiful and good choice. Clean enough and staff were friendly too.

Could not utilize service due to luggage transfer issues . This was a wasted effort in funds and attempts to use your service . I will not recommend to others until luggage transfer issues are resolved. I lost the entire amount spent by not having access

Claen, secure, friendly people and quiet so you can grab some sleep while in transit. The food and beverages are top notch as are the toilets, showers and service.

In the Business Class Lounge you are out of the crowd at the airport. You spend your time in a calm atmosphere, you can enjoy the buffet and the bar and you have free internet access. For me it is the best way to spend my time at Dubai airport.
